I honestly believe if Trump was NOT a former President, he would have been jailed by now.

But because he is, and so many in the justice system are afraid of taking the unprecedented step of ordering such a person to jail, he skates again and again and again.

Disagree, if he was not a former president he would not even be on trial right now. The jan 6, documents, and rico cases stem directly from being president. The Stormy Daniels thing is only being charged as a felony because of the underlying campain finance stuff, and I honestly think if he was just another shady real estate developer Letitia James never would have brought that civil case against him, because I do believe there is not a real estate developer in NY who doesn’t play the same games with valuations.
