Anybody else notice that after the appellate court gave Trump a mulligan on Monday, everybody sort of just lost interest and walked away…despite his making no visible effort to post the reduced bond? It’s like we all just decided that he’d “won” again and moved on.

I figured he would pull another Lucy this week at the last moment once again. He just talked with a large number of TechBro billionaires about reducing their taxes. I figure there will be a nice quid pro quo discussed.

But I could be wrong. He has until whatThursday? Could take a few days to arrange the money transfer. But I expect we will know exactly who provided the money.
