he’s gonna end up pissing off everyone and making no one happy

He’s just trying to get the most votes this fall, under the assumption that he will be dictator-for-life and not have to worry about the future. I am sure that most anti-choice leaders understand the message and will get their base out — and the ones that don’t will be quietly reassured about Trump’s true intentions.
