Eh, nope. Good clone, comes close in several places but in the end, it’s still an almost but not quite movie. Nothing will ever match Ford sick as a dog improving shooting the swordsman rather than dueling him with the whip.

That scene was classic Harrison Ford “I don’t want to be here, but I want a paycheck” acting. It’s also an example of what makes Spielberg such a great director, that his lead actor comes and says “I’m sick as a dog, why don’t I just shoot the guy?” and instead of screaming about his “vision” or getting uptight that an actor wants to change the script right in the middle of filming, he just shrugs and says “Works for me.”
