Little Green Footballs gets a nice writeup in the Jerusalem Post’s Business section, in a story about RSS newsreaders: No newz is bad newz.
It’s easy to get at a range of opinions today, thanks to the Web. Any opinionated person can open up a Web site and post their screed for the world to see. Opinion makers don’t even need to build and update full-blown Web sites any more; all you need is a blog (web log), like the kind they make at Blogspot (http://www.blogspot.com). Blogs are chock full of opinions, and if you’re looking for information about important issues, you’ll find plenty of fodder there.
But finding and following the right blogs can be a challenge. Blogs have been around for only a few years, and yet there are probably millions of them out there. Many have esoteric names, so it’s hard to tell what they’re up to. In fact, some of the most interesting ones have the weirdest names (one popular pro-Israel blog is called Little Green Footballs (www.littlegreenfootballs.com)
