As George W. Bush heads to Europe, a vehicle “full of explosives” has been found at Istanbul International Airport: Explosives Found at Istanbul Airport Before Summit.

ISTANBUL, Turkey (Reuters) - Turkish authorities discovered a vehicle full of explosives in the parking lot of Istanbul international airport Friday, local television station CNN Turk said.

Turkey’s largest city is on edge before a NATO summit to be attended by President Bush and more than 40 other world leaders.
