A few days ago we had the privilege of receiving email from a reader in Amman, Jordan. He (and I feel fairly safe in assuming it was a “he”) found LGF through what appears to be an Australian user’s personal page of links, read the LGF home page, and at 2:14 AM sent the following email through our contact form, with a Hotmail return address and the eloquently enraged subject line “YOU!”:

YOU ARE A RACIST DISGUSTING PEOPLE.. SHAME ON YOU.. LONG LIVE PALESTINE! LONG LIVE PALESTINE! LONG LIVE PALESTINE! LONG LIVE PALESTINE! LONG LIVE PALESTINE!

Immediately after this, he went to our portfolio page (you can almost hear him thinking, “They must be Jewish! What are their names? Portfolio!”), then back to our contact form, and at 2:15 AM he reiterated, with an arabia.com return address and the subject, “you sick”:

YOU ARE A RACIST DISGUSTING PEOPLE.. SHAME ON YOU.. LONG LIVE PALESTINE! LONG LIVE PALESTINE! LONG LIVE PALESTINE! LONG LIVE PALESTINE! LONG LIVE PALESTINE!

Now where have I heard that before?
