Kerry’s Iraq Plan: Cut and Run ASAP
John Kerry admits people think he’s indecisive, and he has a plan to change that perception.
“I’m going to be myself. … I’m not trying to fake it,” Kerry said.
Asked about the war in Iraq, he said that based on what is known today, “it was a mistake, but we have to succeed.”
Uh, OK. That certainly clarifies things.
But in this Agence France Presse release, Kerry does finally announce his plan for “succeeding” in the Iraq “mistake.”
Kerry added: “My goal is to get our troops out of Iraq in the course of my first term. I have no plans for long-term basing or for long-term presence.”
