Here’s an open topic for election reports and discussion. I’m going to down one more cup of coffee and then go cast my vote.

Meanwhile, the first results are in from Dixville Notch, New Hampshire.

WASHINGTON (AFP) - President George W. Bush won an early election day victory in the small New Hampshire hamlet of Dixville Notch which is renowned for casting the country’s first ballots in US presidential elections.

A tiny population of 26 registered voters backed Bush by a comfortable 19-7 margin over Democratic challenger Senator John Kerry, according to a tally by the town clerk’s office.
