The nut sandwiches will be coming out of the kitchen in Ottawa next week, as President Bush visits Canada: Police meet with protesters, businesses.
As plans are finalized for U.S. President George W. Bush’s visit to Ottawa next week, police met with protesters and community members last night to address their concerns. Sources told the Sun as many as 1,200 extra officers will be brought in for Bush’s visit on Tuesday and Wednesday. The beefed-up police presence is expected to come from the OPP, RCMP and Toronto police.
