Today’s ride: 54 miles, maintaining a medium-hard pace most of the way. Only easy climbs; concentrating more on keeping a steady tempo to build endurance.

Since Inauguration Day was declared by the moonbat left to be “Not One Damn Dime Day,” a day to shut down the US economy by purchasing nothing, I chose that day to have the entire drivetrain on the Cycle of Violence replaced; new 9-speed cassette, Wippermann chain, front chain rings, and cables. She’s a-ridin’ like a brand new bike. Look at those cogs sparkle!
