Iran will not agree to suspend making nuclear fuel, and they said so in that loveable way the mullahs have: US ‘Hallucinating’ Over Nuclear Talks, Iran Says.

I think we’re seeing a planned series of diplomatic moves, with Iran reacting exactly as expected. Their strategy depends on keeping the US off balance (the “cheat and retreat” game) and this belligerent blustering is part of it.

But they do seem more than a bit afraid of our majestic US Secretary of State:

Iran dismissed the U.S. offer as insignificant. Intelligence Minister Ali Yunesi told IRNA it was “funny and disrespectful.”

“The U.S. should apologize to Iran for making this proposal,” he said, going on to describe Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice as a “queen of war and violence.”

 Frank says:

You think our music- the Monkees music is banal and insipid?" -- Frank replying to Mike Nesmith on an episode of "The Monkees" on which Frank and Mike pretended to be each other for several minutes before the opening theme.
