DNC chairman Howard Dean doesn’t seem to know the difference between Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden; Trey Jackson has the video of Dean’s bizarre, disconnected appearance on Meet the Press: Sunday Insanity - Howard Dean.

Did Dean simply misspeak? Maybe. But if so, he did it twice. And imagine how the New York Times would handle it if President Bush made a similar gaffe.
