Today’s ride: 56.14 miles, south through the beach cities along the flat parts of the bike path, then up through Torrance (ow) to Malaga Cove, up out of Malaga Cove into Palos Verdes (ow!), down through a very scenic undisclosed route (photos coming soon), and back up to PV Drive, then down to Hawthorne into a heinous hegemonic headwind, at which the turning point was reached. Then all the way back on the other side of the road and then some, to make it come out to 50+ miles. Leg conditions: sore, with occasional random muscle twitches.
