What the hell is going on at the University of Oklahoma?
OU takes extra security precautions.
NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Norman police say they arrested two men for breaking into a tunnel under the University of Oklahoma campus to get into a building on the South Oval.
Police say Christopher Boyce and James Eldridge are charged with second-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary.
Court documents say police were called by a witness who saw Boyce and Eldridge go into the tunnel system by cutting the locks to a manhole cover. Police say the two then went into Richards Hall and took a glass vial.
