The photo was taken at International Women’s Day festivities in Venezuela. Don’t ask me what Chimpy McSatan has to do with International Women’s Day.

(Hat tip: Allah. This picture is popular during South American moonbat mating rituals; I believe I’ve featured it at LGF previously—those US flags flying from comically exaggerated devil horns are somewhat memorable—but I couldn’t find it with a quick search…)
