Claire Berlinski seems to be trying to start a blog buzz around her novel Loose Lips, about a young woman training to be a CIA spy; I got an email from her too. Today I finally made time to read the first chapter (available online for free), and hey! It’s actually quite good. There’s a very funny bit about taking a lie detector test.
