Another Day, Another Smear

Here’s a shock. When Dean Esmay’s ad hominem, straw man attacks against Robert Spencer are demolished, he responds with … more distortions and straw men. And because I applauded Spencer’s overwhelmingly rational, fact-based rebuttal to Esmay’s scurrilous charges (which included calling Spencer a “traitor”), it’s time for Esmay to attack me again.

I’m interested to see that Charles Johnson has now come out and admitted his problem is with Islam, and Muslims in general, and not just with terrorists and anti-semites.

I suppose this probably means that Dean’s World won’t be renewed as a Pajamas Media contributor when the contract is up. Disappointing, but confusing. Did you guys not know that I’m both a hawk on the War on Terror AND pro-Muslim? It’s not like I ever made a secret of either stance.

Of course, I’ve “admitted” no such thing, because it’s simply not true. As for renewing your contract, you should really try not to listen to the voices in your head, Dean. They’re giving you bad advice.
