For the second time since Israel’s incursion into Gaza to free kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit, the Islamic University has been hit: Palestinians: IAF gunship fires at Gaza university.

The terrorists suspected of murdering 18-year old Eliyahu Asheri surrendered to the IDF in Ramallah: Asheri killers surrender to IDF.

Palestinian sources said early Tuesday that the three al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades members suspected of kidnapping and murdering settler teen Eliyahu Asheri have given themselves up to IDF forces in Ramallah after a three-hour standoff.

The suspects barricaded themselves inside a local police station before surrendering; IDF forces have started to retreat from the area.

Palestinian sources told Ynet that several dozen soldiers, about 30 military jeeps, as well as tanks and bulldozers took part in the operation, which began at around midnight.

Another Hamas terrorist goes to meet Allah: Report: IAF strike kills Hamas man in Beit Hanoun.

A Hamas operative was killed in an IAF air strike in Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza late Monday night, according to Palestinian sources. The Hamas man, Ismail al-Masri, 19, was a member of the Izzadin al-Kassam, the group’s military wing.

And oh no … the Swiss are mad at Israel: Switzerland: Israel violating int’l law.

Switzerland said Monday that Israel has been violating international law in its Gaza offensive by heavy destruction and endangering civilians in acts of collective punishment banned under the Geneva conventions on the conduct of warfare.

“A number of actions by the Israeli defense forces in their offensive against the Gaza Strip have violated the principle of proportionality and are to be seen as forms of collective punishment, which is forbidden,” the Swiss Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
