Is it just me or is anyone else out there having trouble seeing this? I clicked but nothing happened.

I noticed this happening to me as well and made sure to check that I had the latest Flash Player installed, which I did.

But I diverted my attention to something more productive (damn that making a living thing), and left the LGF page up. After a while, BLAP!, there's the video.

So my guess is that it's some new wrinkle in the way that the Flash Player loads the videos or the way that the person who compiled the flv files set the streaming options. I think it's having to load the file into local cache before it plays it.

So just give it a little while and then you should be able to see it. It's worth it too.

The MSM's credibility is shot to hell, and the whole world is finding out about it. I just hope Mr. & Mrs. John Q. Public have enough good sense to open their eyes and ears to see the truth. And I believe they will.

They are called "Google Bombs" and they've been there for years. It's determined by how many links there are to web site using a key word. The word failure will sometimes point to Michael Moore's website depending on how many links there are. Here's another one. Try typing in "French Military Victories" and click the "I'm feeling Lucky" button.

Serious question. Will my SAT score now be reduced because they removed Pluto from the list of planets? Will those that got that question wrong now be given credit? Entrance to a good college could be at stake here.

I LOVED the video!

#15 -- I did the "failure" google search and, yes, George W. was at the top of the list. But Michael Moore was #4 on that list. Is there a way that we can move MM to the top of the list?

It's amazing to me how many people who *hate* George W. Bush actually know NOTHING about him, except the clips they hear on TV. And that's including my editors at Enslow Publishing. They assigned me the task of writing the biography of whoever won the 2004 Presidential election. So I had to research both Kerry and Bush...and learned tons about both men, both positive and negative. When Bush won, my Enslow editors were unhappy but decided to go ahead with the biography (it's for middle-schoolers, written at a 6th-grade reading level). Those editors have fought me every step of the way anytime I said anything positive about Bush in the biography. For example, when I wrote that Bush's popularity after 9/11 was the highest of any president in history, they didn't believe me...until I provided overwhelming evidence...again! My bibliography for this 120 page book is extensive (over 16 pages of sources). It's very difficult dealing with Bush haters. So, my book comes out in a few weeks (September pub date) and I have no idea what it will *really* look like. I saw the proof pages, but, I know they were still changing things at the last minute. I seriously doubt I'll ever write another book for them -- they'd have to offer me a ton of money to go through another experience like that one! And even then, I don't think so. (The book's not out yet and it's doing pretty good on Amazon: George W. Bush: President in a Turbulent World, by Pam Zollman. I figure the reviews I get will depend, not on my writing ability, but on how that particular person voted.)

Irrational Bush haters: barf!

66 Reluctant Democrat  Thu, Aug 24, 2006 7:08:07am

Okay y'all...

I sent a "suggestion" to Google that this certainly gives the appearance of political partisanship, and maybe it would be worth mentioning to the FEC. (I wasn't very nice about it.)

Look, the reality is that I don't care what words someone uses to "link" to another site. When I'm searching for something online, I want to search for the key word or phrase in its content, not someone else's opinion. If I want someone's opinion, I'll ask them. I don't need an editor for my searches.

I guess logic went out when the public school system went in.
