Here’s the radio ad that’s been airing on several LA stations in the days leading up to the five-year anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, paid for by the Muslim Public Affairs Council, promoting faux moderate Maher Hathout for the “John Allen Buggs Award” for Human Relations from the Los Angeles County Commission on Human Relations, and featuring actor Mike Farrell—who describes Hathout as “one of the pioneers in interfaith dialog:”

To make sure everyone knows what’s being discussed and defended by the Muslim Public Affairs Council and Mike Farrell, here’s the man they’re promoting for this “human relations” award, in Lafayette Park across from the White House, October 2000:
