Last week the Interior Minister of Saudi Arabia, Prince Nayef bin Abd Al-’Aziz, went on Al-Majd TV to give a bizarre speech that almost seems like a condemnation of terrorism until you notice that he’s saying Islamic extremists are tools of Western powers.
