Another Western aid worker has been kidnapped by Palestinian “gunmen:” Spanish aid worker kidnapped in Gaza.

GAZA CITY (AFP) - Gunmen in the Gaza Strip kidnapped a Spanish aid worker, the latest in a string of foreigner abductions in the increasingly lawless Palestinian territory.

Roberto Villa was snatched by four armed men from a car near the town of Deir Al-Balah in central Gaza and bundled into a yellow Skoda, witnesses and security officials said.

The gunmen released Villa’s French female colleague and two Palestinian assistants who were also in the car, they said. Police said they questioned the women and launched a search for the perpetrators.

Villa, who is in his mid 30s, worked for the media department of the Spanish aid group Cooperation Assembly for Peace, security officials said.

See now, if they had their own state they wouldn’t be doing things like this.

UPDATE at 10/30/06 11:03:19 am:

Villa and his female colleague Celine Gagne are pro-Palestinian useful idiots, of course, and they’ve had a previous close enounter with the Palestinian kidnap-and-release program: More Biting of Hand That Feeds Them.

 Frank says:

And all the rest of whom for which to whensoever of partially indeterminate bio-chemical degredation. Seek the path to the sudsy yellow nozzle of their foaming nocturnal parametric digital whole-wheat inter-faith geo-thermal terpsichorean ejectamenta. -- From board tape at Zappa concert, outdoors, at Blossom Music Center, Akron, Ohio, summer 1984. This quote was in the middle of a spoken section of "The Mud Club" in which a dude walks into the club with a blue Mohawk and proceeds to "work the floor, work the wall, work the monitor system. . . ." The band was having monitor feedback problems at the Blossom concert, and there are numerous references to P.A. equipment throughout this ramble. Other than that, the quote is meaningless, I guess. But great imagery!
