When Will the Media Stop Enabling Dan Rather’s Lies?

If you can believe this, Dan Rather is still insisting that his (and Mary Mapes’) National Guard memos—proven beyond all doubt to be fakes—are genuine documents created on a magical super-typewriter in the 1970s that inexplicably was able to precisely duplicate the output from Microsoft Word in 2004: ‘Absolutely True:’ Rather Continues to Defend 60 Minutes TANG Story.
And the media in this country continues to give him a pass for his outrageous, pathetic lie.
