Speaking of Christmas. I went to see "THE NATIVITY" and thought it excellent. Finally Joseph gets his just due and it's one of the few films recently I've seen and went home with an uplifted spirit. Occasionally (rarely) Hollyweird does something worthwhile.

You also cant ignore the suppliers of guns, ammo, explosives and focus only on the foot soldiers carrying out the attacks. They will simply wear you down over time. If you arent willing to attack the suppliers or the supply routes then you shouldnt be there.

It has gotten really interesting. Before 2003, who knew the difference between Sunni's and Shiites? And who knew they hated each other? Saudi Arabia is Sunni. Iran is Shiite and not Arab but Persian (a big deal), Syria is mostly Sunni, but run by the Shiites and financed by Iran. Iraq is mosty Shiite, but has been run by Sunni Arabs for centuries.

Now we just came in and threw everything out of whack taking the Iraqi Sunni's out of power and putting in the Iraqi Shiites, and Iran is close to getting nuclear weapons and has made overt moves to control Iraq, Lebanon and Syria. They have also openly talked about taking over the muslim holy sites located in Saudi Arabia and wiping out Israel.

If we do nothing we wait to die, as they will finance crazies with endless petro dollars to attack us and deny cupablity. Do something and we are embroiled in endless entanglements in the nutzo zone of the middle east.
