Britain’s Huge Problem
In addition to Channel 4’s undercover exposé, British tabloid People has apparently done their own investigations into the prevalence of militant Islam in the UK, and their findings are not good at all: Brits Who Hate Us. (Hat tip: LGF readers.)
One radical ABU WALEED appears in a talk about the 7/7 bus and Tube bombings in 2005. Quoting a recent survey, he says: “One in eight Muslims would be proud if a member of their family was a member of Al-Qaeda. The threat of Al-Qaeda is real.”
He adds: “One day we hope to implement Sharia law over Downing Street and Washington itself.”
Preacher ABU IBRAHIM makes a shocking reference to the revered Mother Theresa in a talk on the Day of Judgment. In a theme that crops up in other clips, he says all kuffars - non-Muslims - will be “dragged into hell fire by hooks”.
He says: “People like Mother Theresa who spent her whole life doing good deeds will realise on Judgment Day her good deeds will come to nothing.”
A young cleric called ABU MUWAHID, who appears frequently in clips, lavishes praise on the 9/11 attackers in a talk about prayer. He says the “fantastic, fabulous, magnificent - whatever word you prefer, whatever word suits you, but any word of praise - soldiers destroyed the two idols of today.”
He brands Muslims who are not prepared to fight as hypocrites who will go to hell. “They have no intention to conquer…or to bring the black flag over 10 Downing Street,” says Muwahid.
At one point he adds: “When I turn on the news I like to hear that Americans have been killed.” Fellow radical ABU SAALIHAH is recorded talking about the Duty of Dawah - meaning to preach Islam or encourage others to become Muslims.
To cheers from his audience, he promises: “One day the black flag of Islam is going to be over 10 Downing Street, whether Tony Blair likes it or not.” He demands to know: “What role are you going to play? Are you going to be one of those people who watch Osama bin Laden or the Mujahideen or the (inaudible) in the UK fulfilling their duty? You need to play an active role.”
ANJEM CHOUDARY from Ilford, Essex, appears in several clips. In one he says: “We believe Islam will be dominant all over the world.” In another he says: “If anyone is a terrorist Blair and Bush are terrorists.”
Choudary, 39, delivers scathing criticism of Muslims who fly the cross of St George on their cars in support of the England football team.
“A Christian cross,” he sneers. “That is an act of kufr {when a Muslim does something wrong} to wear a cross.” When The People contacted Choudary yesterday he would not say whether he knew any of his fellow radicals featured in the clips.
Asked about Abu Muwahid’s comments regarding 9/11, he said: “After years of occupation and years of destruction in the Muslim world and all the other things that happen, when someone sees the enemy suffering you should not be surprised there are people who express their pleasure.” He added: “We do not like non-Muslims. We are required not to like them because they reject Allah and his messengers.”
