Presidential candidate John Edwards has hired one of the nastiest, most hateful and foul-mouthed left-wing bloggers to be his campaign “blogmaster,” Amanda Marcotte of pandagon.net. (Of course, she and her compatriots at Pandagon have attacked LGF on several occasions like rabid ankle-biting chihuahuas.)

And it’s backfiring, big time. Does John Edwards Condone Hate Speech?

Even the New York Times thinks there just might be a problem here: Edwards’s Bloggers Cross the Line, Critic Says.

Here’s a sampling of posts at LGF in which I responded to the vicious slurs of the people who post there:
Vitriolic Lefty Post of the Day
When Lefty Blogs Attack
Hysterical Leftist Post of the Day
The Marching Morons

UPDATE at 2/7/07 8:35:31 am:

Rand Simberg notes that the New York Times manages to get in an indiscriminate slam against all bloggers, for the hate speech and over-the-top obscenity you only find among the lefties.

UPDATE at 2/7/07 8:54:00 am:

Michelle Malkin has a hilarious video highlighting the “wisdom” of Pandagon.

UPDATE at 2/7/07 9:12:27 am:

The trash-talking Stalinists at Pandagon have removed or changed all the posts to which I responded in the links above; LGF reader Egfrow dug those Pandagon posts out of the Internet Archive, so you can see the kind of speech John Edwards thinks is “edgy.” These links go to the archived copies of the Pandagon posts:

 Frank says:

If it can be conceived as music, it can be executed as music, and presented to an audience in such a way that they will perceive it as music: "Look at this. Ever seen one of these before? I built this for you. What do you mean, 'What the f*ck is it?' It's a goddam ETUDE, asshole."
