Over at Digg.com, the malicious lefties are resorting to a new technique: impersonating me, to leave defamatory comments. Here’s the profile of one user doing it (and there are others who have begun using photos of me as their icons): digg / charlesjohnson / news / dugg.

Such lovely people. I’ve sent an email to abuse@digg.com about this, asking that they immediately take action to stop this outrageous identity theft, and if any readers would like to do the same I’d appreciate it.

This creep is posting comments with my name and picture here: Digg - Oddly Enough: Egyptian Imprisons Wife for 2 Years in Italy.

And here: Digg - UK Students may be charged for publishing Mohammed cartoons. In this topic he posted a comment calling Muslims “animals.”

UPDATE at 3/1/07 8:15:14 am:

Thanks to the admins at Digg for acting on this. The creep linked above has now had his account deleted. And so has this one: bumblescrump.
