RetweetZombie: "US Out of Iraq Now" Anti-War Rally in SF

Mon, Mar 19, 2007 at 7:50:23 pm PDT

As always, the San Francisco anti-war rallies beat the rest of the nation in the Sheer Lunacy department. Zombie was there, and yes ... so were the Angry Furries, with their personal electronic devices and tambourines. US flag desecration, anti-Israel hatred, 9/11 conspiracy kooks, it’s all here.

Personally I liked the blonde with the bumper sticker bra. Granted, she was a bit too thin for my tastes, but I could have seen potential in her were she not a flaming moonbat. What a waste.

Excellent report Zombie. I originally checked it out when you posted a link to it in a thread earlier this evening.

The Zombie Infidel

They seek him here, they seek her there;
Those moonbats seek it everywhere.
Is he in heav’n? Is she in hell?
That unknown-gendered infidel!

He photographs the leftist freaks;
She documents Islamist geeks.
It walks among the living dead,
A price upon its unknown head.

He looks like them, she talks like them,
And yet it’s really stalking them.
When they convene, they prance and preen;
They’ve no idea by whom they’re seen.

Here zombie comes, there zombie goes,
But its ID no human knows.
Is he from heav’n? Is she from hell?
That fearless zombie infidel!

His photos, now, are seen on Fox;
Her subjects, now, the audience mocks.
It’s zombietime, let peal the bell!
That peerless zombie infidel!

He analyzes media fraud;
She leaves her readers overawed.
It spells the propagandists’ doom,
By blogging in its living room.

He now uncloaks the Red Cross hoax;
She lays it bare with masterstrokes.
It’s zombietime, let forth a yell!
That tireless zombie infidel!

A renegade from Moonbatland,
He’s seen the light; she’s made her stand.
It toils in anonymity,
And posts the truth for all to see.

Its website in the blogosphere
Brings hope to some; to others, fear.
Depictions of Muhammad’s face,
Although haraam, still “grace” the place.

The sons of Allah whine and seethe,
But zombie still does live and breathe.
It’s zombietime, for ev’r shall dwell
The timeless zombie infidel.

Meanwile, the freed Iraqi people are of absolutely different opinion:

Saddam aide is executed in Iraq - Former Iraqi Vice-President Taha Yassin Ramadan
Ramadan was originally jailed for life over the Dujail killings
Former Iraqi Vice President Taha Yassin Ramadan has been executed, an Iraqi government official says.

"Ramadan was hanged at 0305 (0005 GMT) today," an official from the Iraqi prime minister's office was quoted as telling the AFP news agency.

One of Saddam Hussein's co-defendants, he was given a life sentence for his role in killing Shias in the 1980s.

But an appeals court later ruled this was too lenient and recommended he should instead face the death penalty.

Ramadan is the third senior former official to be hanged since Saddam Hussein was executed on 30 December.

Two of Saddam Hussein's former aides, Barzan Ibrahim al-Tikriti and Awad Ahmed Bandar, were put to death on 15 January.

'Smooth' execution

The official said care was taken to avoid a repeat of Tikriti's bungled execution, which led to the condemned man being decapitated during the hanging.

"The execution was smooth with no violation," he said.

TAHA YASSIN RAMADAN
Born to peasant family near Mosul, northern Iraq
Took part in 1968 coup that put Baath party into power
Became vice president in 1991

Ramadan profile

He said officials from the prime minister's office and the justice ministry were present at the hanging, along with a doctor, a prosecutor, a judge and a lawyer representing Ramadan.

Ramadan had said he had no fear of death and that he would "die bravely", according to his lawyer.

He had maintained his innocence throughout the legal proceedings.

He was convicted along with the deposed Iraqi leader and others over their part in the killing of 148 Shias in the town of Dujail in the 1980s, in apparent revenge following a failed assassination attempt against Saddam Hussein.

Ramadan, who was born in the late 1930s, lost his final appeal last week and under Iraqi law had to go to the gallows within 30 days.

He was captured by Kurdish fighters in the northern city of Mosul in August 2003 and handed over to US forces.

I'm not a politician so I'll just say it (in color none-the-less)

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT PATRIOTIC!

I unhesitantly question their Patriotism!

Being an ex-socialist, who still dates far-leftists...I must wholeheartedly agree with you. The people I know (& have as friends) on the Left (not only the far left) think of Conservatives as the Worst there could be (thus anything associated with them is automatically wrong) and the far left has absolutely ZERO patriotism.

They do not consider themselves American overall but "citizens of the world", even Cindy Sheehan made it very clear @ the rally in Washington. "don't think the U.S. is the only thing around, we need to be citizens of the world, think about everyone else 1st...blah blah blah".

If it were P.C. to do so, they would come out and admit that they think the U.S. is the major oppresive force in the world (actually they pretty much do if you just read what they have on their signs and listen to them) and thus that evil oppresive force must be destroyed.

When they say that they support the U.S., they really mean that they support the United States as a country that is not autonomous and nor individualized. They support a beaten down, defeated U.S. that takes its orders from the rest of the world. One big world commune where even though we the United States do 90% of the work (that would be you & I, those Capitalists with jobs, who make money), we should give it all away to those that don't contribute at all, etc.

In short, they support the U.S. as a small piece of a world wide communist web.

(I won't lie, most of that sounds fine to me...I am 100% for helping the poor, 100% for equality between the nations, 100% for Peace, love and brother/sisterhood, etc., but it has been tried and failed, despite good intentions...it doesn't work! Once those that work no longer get the benefit of their work, and it becomes just as beneficial not to work, people stop working! Period!)

I still don't get it. These idiots pull any kind of protest like this in an arab or 3rd world dictatorship/theocracy and they would be jailed, tortured and executed sight unseen.

How can these people hate this country so much. The bad guys in the world are always the "victims." How is Buch, for all is dumbassity anywhere near Hitler when Hamas straps bombs to kids and orders them to walk into grocery stores or when arabs shoot french tourist for traveling on a muslim only highway?

By the way, news to that half nude protestor, you have just violated the Shiria and a roving gang of religious police will be at your door to make you vanish in a short period of time. But hey, those guys are not terrorists but just trying to follow their moon god death cult of a religion.

Just to throw this in, this was posted on Haaretz this afternoon about how the Palestinian schools have a new and revised 12th grade textbook for their children. I guess they sent a rep to the U.S. Holocaust museum to examine the anti-semetic children's books on display that date to 1939.

I normally don't like so say such things, but if the Islamofascists were to target any particular US city first, it'd probably be San Francisco.

I think it was on Fox where some developers were talking about their plans that were just drawn up for San Francisco to top the two twin towers that were up in NY to improve their skyline /rolls eyes. Sure seems to me they want to make themselves a target.

I am disturbed that the federal gov't and the state hasn't balked at giving funds to san francisco being that they booted out the jr. rotc program and in several instances have booted out the armed forces from various events.

I'd definitely say San Francisco has policies that are Anti-American. I live not all that far from there and went when I was younger and naive...nowadays, I stay far far away from there...but still in nuking range :( .

134 Noam Chumpski  Mon, Mar 19, 2007 7:35:34pm

They never bother to ask themselves, "is this helping to convince others that I have serious point to make."

What really bothers me though is the amount of public cost that supports these things by way of Police overtime, for example. These public outbursts aren't free. That makes them even less funny for me.

Makes me sad to see that one guy who could only think to drag an American flag down the street on some kind of leash. What is he really saying there... it definitely doesn't make him an independent thinker... "marching" in general is a mass-thought act anyway. Amazing, the irony and lack of introspection...

Bingo. Today several groups of San Francisco moonbats took it upon themselves to block traffic on Market Street as a war protest. There were hundreds of cops along the route, cops whose time could have been far better utilized riding herd on the Hunters Point gangs or investigating the city's unsolved homicides.

On a related note: I just got back from my evening 5k constitutional through my peaceful seaside 'hood, and ran into a group of stoop-shouldered 60-something liberals holding down one of the corners with a candlelight "Peace" ceremony. The centerpiece of the little demo was a big piece of plywood sporting glowing votive candles arranged in the shape of...a Mercedes logo. When I stopped and tried to explain to them that a proper Peace Symbol has a single bisecting vertical line with two 45 degree branches, the wimpiest, most weasel-like male (I won't call him a "man") of the gang whined, "There's more than one wayyy to maaake it!". (Why do the most pathetic XY specimens of Suburban White Liberaldom invariably sport dippy litle beards and glasses? Anyone?)

I couldn't resist a parting shot as I continued on my journey: "If you people are going to keep living in the Sixties, at least GET THE SYMBOLS RIGHT!."

The fact remains that most active duty and National Guard personnel still support American objectives in Iraq. I think you cut to the heart of the matter there, Wrath. I too, am for those things in principle. What kind of decent person wouldn't be, honestly? And of course the newspapers will describe it as a family friendly event - "thousands gather to call for peace" - and the article will be accompanied by a pictue of a pretty girl with a peace sign painted on her cheek or, if not, a picture of a grandmotherly type with a "Support the troops, Bring them home" sign.

Would 1,000 people gathered in New York and 3,000 in SF even get noticed by anybody, except that the MSM is all over it? Plushies for peace?

Let's review how (D)emocrats "support the troops":

(D)emocrat leaders visit the leaders of terror supporting countries that kill Americans.

(D)emocrats berate the Administration for 'failing' to catch Bin Laden even though Clinton(D) refused to take him when the Sudanese and Saudis tried to turn him over to us.

(D)emocrats allude to conspiracy theories about 911 in the face of taunting claims for credit by the terrorists themselves.

(D)emocrats demand special rights for terrorists caught on the battlefield targeting civilians.

(D)emocrats claim confessions by leading terrorists are... coerced.

(D)emocrats ignore good news from Iraq and exaggerate bad news.

(D)emocrats emphasize Sunni complaints without admitting that the Sunni minority fell from power after 5 centuries of brutal minority rule.

(D)emocrats demonize the American military as 'war criminals' for exceptions like the one day hazing event at Abu Grabass and in spite of the fact there is one 'Haditha' tragedy in 4 years of insurgents brutally slaughtering tens of thousands of civilians.

(D)emocrats repeatedly demand the resignation of every single (R)epublican who is successful in defending America.

(D)emocrats advocate funding Hamas terrorists in spite of their broken promises.

(D)emocrats attempt to legislate away Presidential Constitutional powers.

(D)emocrats voted FOR the liberation of Iraq yet now threaten to cut off funds, set timetables to impose failure, and dare the President to veto a $95 billion dollar appropriation bloated to $125 billion with pork-barrel spending.

Just answer one question. What more could the (D)emocrats do to help terrorists against America?

Please... just tell me one more thing that you can think of that the (D)emocrats could do?

Or maybe you shouldn't... because they would do it.

"Furries" used to just be a subset of people who showed up at Sci-Fi conventions and liked to dress up in what they thought were a cute costumes. Sometime in the last decade or so, some of them decided to make some kind of political issue out of people not taking them seriously (I kid you not).

Upshot: there are now people who get bent out of shape if their employers object to them dressing up at work, and the people who just like to wear costumes for fun go to Anime conventions instead of Sci-fi cons, because they'd rather not deal with the creepy old furries.

The end times are a real hoot, aren't they?

186 Mustafa  Mon, Mar 19, 2007 10:38:03pm

For the "Impeachment" babe:

Never saw you look quite so pretty before
Never saw you undressed quite so lovely what's more
I could hardly wait to keep our date, little had I guessed,
And my heart beat fast when I scrolled down to your chest
For...

In your protest bonnet, with "Out of Iraq" all written on it,
You were the cutest leftist in the protest parade.
I love that you're bare chested, and glad you weren't arrested,
Or lesbianally molested in the protest parade.

On the avenue, Zionist Conspiracy avenue,
the police photographers will snap you,
And you'll find that you're in Zombie's rotogravure.

Oh, I could write a sonnet about your knockers protest bonnet,
You da the comrade I gots the hots for in the protest parade.

Sorry, Mr. Berlin.

187 Salem  Mon, Mar 19, 2007 10:46:13pm

Or lesbianally molested in the protest parade.

Bravissimo!

188 Crux Australis  Mon, Mar 19, 2007 11:58:01pm

That guy reminds me of the Greenpeace people in Sydney and other Australian cities who go around in koala suits harrassing passerbys for donations.

189 Stuck-in-CA  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 12:53:45am

OK, who besides me gotta a kinda thrill when the nuclear armed drone in 24 was headed for San Francisco? I was thinking, "Perfect target...don't intercept it!"

190 NoSubmission  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 1:49:51am

Dog boy looks a little miffed that his photo is being taken but he's still trying to exude 'furry pride'.

191 Timbre  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 3:17:41am

These poople are negatives. And therein is the solution:

a negative times a negative = positive.

We just need to multiply these people and they'll go away.

(Wait a minute; this isn't making sense...)

192 Jimmah  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 3:20:58am

As an atheist/agnostic who is also fervently anti-moonbat , I sometimes feel a bit like the Omega Man. Like. maybe I have a serum or something that could be extracted and used on these nuts?

193 Jimmah  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 3:32:33am

I wonder what the Islamic ruling on fur is?

Would a furry burkha be considered modest, or scandalously enticing?

194 Joel  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 3:49:40am

I dislike SF so much, that I root against all their sports teams - Giants, 49ers, Warriors.

PETA should chime in at any moment.

196 mattm  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 3:52:12am

Nothing says we are against war like dressing up like a...animal.

197 imtoast  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 3:53:20am

Good job Zombie. I was born in the bay area, even lived at 1190 Haight Street for a year (known as the crystal palace). I detest these people. All the freaks seem to be drawn to that area. I certainly don't miss it and don't ever plan to go back.

198 Joel  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 4:01:10am

What happened to the old commie with the clipboards sign that used to read "SMASH THE JEWISH STATE!"?

199 Joel  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 4:03:20am

The SF Bay area is so left wing it positively makes Cambridge Mass. or the Upper West Side of New York City seem like Topeka and Provo.

#197 imtoast
Congratulations on extricating yourself from that bastion of insanity. I am serious about that.

200 Joel  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 4:05:13am

184 FlyingTigress
You forgot her sagging boobs.
By the way Zombie if you are online, what ever happened to teh infamous "Svcrotum Man"? Did he implode?

201 Joel  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 4:05:54am

PIMF - Scrotum Man.

202 chubby vegan  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 4:12:20am

Earlier someone said that these people are too stupid to understand that when the Islamic Revolution comes they will be the first against the wall.

Never thought I would want an Islamic Revolution, but that might make it worth it.

203 chubby vegan  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 4:14:08am

SuperDaveTWF, #10 Great point

Strange and scary people in SF. There should be a study of all the nutroots from NY, Portland, LA and SF. Who is worse? Anyone know?

You can throw in Seattle too. Off the top I would think that the Bay area (which is a totally Socialist/Anarchist entity - think Berkeley, Marin County, SF) would win that coveted award. There are small pockets of sanity in NY, LA, Boston - none in SF.

205 jester6  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 4:20:07am

#201 I was just thinking the same thing. For better or worse the man has become an indelible mental image. The Hindenburg in flames, Jackie diving on the trunk to get a piece of Jack's Skull, and Scrotum Man.

206 Jimmah  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 4:31:55am

If there was an Islamic revolution, these idiots would survive by immediately becoming 'model citizens'. They only dare protest against 'REAL' dictators, not actual ones, if you get my drift.

207 wanumba  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 4:33:43am

Great job, zombie!

I think my favorite is the scruffy guy with the "hands off my ovaries" sign. Ya have to look twice, because there are women in the photo, but it takes a moment to realize they aren't actually holding that sign.

The art is, well, ahem, but the gyno-wannabe needs help with his lettering, "Bush and Cheney Areass Holes."
Areas holes ... lost the uh, pacing. All that earnest, dotingly detailed work ... pfisst!
Pleoples is good. Can we use that ? Like "sheeples" without a spell check clue.

208 ibmkeyboard  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 4:40:21am

An appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile, hoping it will eat him last.

210 peck  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 4:53:52am

Looks like a new take on 'American Idol' where all the over pampered, coddled, spoiled rotten kids with sooo much self esteem and no talent, go to make fools of themselves in front of large audiences. Bet most of these puported intellectuals still live in mommy and daddy's basement emersed in children's TV shows for significant portions of the day, while conducting an uncompensated search for them selves and the true meaning of life. Don't you just wish someone would ask them how their costume selection relates to their politics? The answers might provide Katie Couric with the basis for serious news piece for a change. Don't watch either AI or Katie - but there would probably be coverage on FOX.

211 Ward Cleaver  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 4:54:02am

Great job, zombie.

212 Sabraguy  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 5:29:35am

The furry one's dad must be really proud of him. My son the ... the ...err... moonbat.

213 Poitiers-Lepanto  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 5:38:37am

The link to Zombie's page doesn't work in this moment.

I will do my best to drive the moonbats nuts:

[NO, I WILL NOT, DELETED]

214 Brazilian Neocon  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 5:46:06am

216 marsouin  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 5:48:12am

Socialism is slowly dying. It's been morally and intellectually bankrupt for decades. But, socialists refuse to abandon the beautiful lie of the Return to the Garden of Eden, no matter how many innocent lives it takes. What putrid frauds!

217 MadJadBad  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 7:05:19am

Again, if this kind of behavior leaves you scratching your head, this article has a pretty good explanation:
AL Qaeda's Fantasy Ideology

My friend did not disagree with me as to the likely counterproductive effects of such a demonstration. Instead, he argued that this simply did not matter. His answer was that even if it was counterproductive, even if it turned people against war protesters, indeed even if it made them more likely to support the continuation of the war, he would still participate in the demonstration and he would do so for one simple reason — because it was, in his words, good for his soul.

The most depressing Seattle protest photo is this one.

220 edr  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 7:39:21am

Hmmm.

How on earth do these people think anybody would possibly take them seriously if they dress up as furries?

221 MoonbatBane  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 7:47:25am

Good editorial about the MSM white-washing on these asshats and their ilk and the MSM tarring of the Gathering of Eagles crowd: [Link: www.rep-am.com...]

Fear the zombie, moonbats. Fear the zombie!

223 Daisy  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 10:55:54am

Quite late to this thread .. but, about this "furry" fetish - I believe this is what we get when babies are dumped in day care and bond with peed upon, group shared stuffed animals rather than living, breathing parents. Quite the unintended consequence to the "liberation" movement .. but look .. all is not lost .. the furry in the photo has moon-bat companionship .. it's become the mascot of new moon-battery. How terribly sad and lonely.

224 PeggyU  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 11:32:54am

Boy, I would like to see the top of the blonde's head.

226 UncleSam  Tue, Mar 20, 2007 4:31:40pm

The video of the stilt dancers was pretty cool. Must be really difficult to do that.

Zombie, you need a cable channel
