Egyptian authorities nabbed a suspected suicide bomber on his way into Israel to commit mass murder, after he generously offered to give a sick man one of his kidneys—because he wouldn’t be needing it any more.

ISMAILIA, Egypt, March 19 (Reuters) - Egyptian security sources said on Monday a suspected suicide bomber was arrested after offering to donate a kidney to a sick man, and reportedly saying he no longer needed it because he planned to blow himself up.

The sources said the man was a Palestinian student at Cairo’s al-Azhar University, a prestigious institute of Sunni Islamic learning, and was awaiting orders to sneak into Israel to stage the attack.

They said the man, identified as Salah Adnan Saleh, was arrested on Friday in the Sinai border town of al-Arish and he was suspected of plotting a suicide attack in Israel on orders from the militant group Hamas.

Al-Azhar University has been featured in many LGF posts. In addition to being the highest center of Sunni Islamic studies in the world, it’s a hotbed of Muslim Brotherhood recruitment and training. It’s no surprise that a mass murderer would be produced by a scholastic environment where the teachers preach jihad, and where extracurricular activities include stuff like this (from last December, right before Tony Blair spoke there):
