I sense a huge turmoil in the Lizardsphere; a feeling that thousands of beings are waiting impatiently for LGF comments to be re-enabled.
I’m glad to announce that the wait is now over. Let the verbiage flow.

I’m really pleased by the performance improvement so far. Server loads are much lower than before the MySQL upgrade, and everything on the site feels much snappier. The real acid test will come tomorrow morning, when lizards get in to “work” and deluge us with page requests.
