I’m no fan of Daily Kos, but this is a really bad idea: Should the DailyKos be Subject to the Federal Election Commission?

It’s a bad idea for two reasons: 1) It won’t work. We’ve been through this discussion already, ad nauseam, and blogs like Daily Kos are considered free speech under FEC rules—and that’s how it should be. 2) Even if the FEC would pursue this, it’s a road we should not go down.
