Dubai, the Arab country that tried to buy a controlling interest in American seaports, and is now trying to buy a 20% interest in the NASDAQ stock exchange, has banned Israel from participating in the World Congress of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations: Dubai bans Israel from Int’l forum.
