Here’s the story of Younes Tsouli, 23, an IT student at a London college who became infamous as “Irhabi 007,” working with Al Qaeda to develop a worldwide internet network of constantly shifting web sites. This BBC show has some scenes with our pal Aaron Weisburd of Internet Haganah.
