Technical Note: Spinoff Link Descriptions

A new feature tonight in the top rated links: a clickable thingy that says, “descriptions.” If you click that little baby, the description for each link will magically expand right underneath the link, accordion-style. Click “descriptions” again, and the view will collapse again, hiding the descriptions.
Some bugs have been fixed too, including one that caused the popup boxes to appear to be underneath the advertisements in the right sidebar.
As always, if something doesn’t appear to be working correctly, reload the entire page to make sure you’re using the latest versions of all the software.
