 RetweetHizballah = Nazis

A photo that says everything about the Lebanese terror gang Hizballah, as they pay tribute to dead mass murderer Imad Mughniyeh with a straight-armed Nazi salute. The Associated Press caption, of course, takes no notice of it.

Here's a telegram from Himmler to the Grand Mufti...

[Link: en.wikipedia.org...]

"To the Grand Mufti: The National Socialist movement of Greater Germany has, since its inception, inscribed upon its flag the fight against the world Jewry. It has therefore followed with particular sympathy the struggle of freedom-loving Arabs, especially in Palestine, against Jewish interlopers. In the recognition of this enemy and of the common struggle against it lies the firm foundation of the natural alliance that exists between the National Socialist Greater Germany and the freedom-loving Muslims of the whole world. In this spirit I am sending you on the anniversary of the infamous Balfour declaration my hearty greetings and wishes for the successful pursuit of your struggle until the final victory.

Signed: Reichsfuehrer S.S. Heinrich Himmler"

Just the other night, I watched an official giving a speech to what appeared to be a government assembly (what looked like a BIG Mexican seal behind the podium, BIG auditorium). This was on one of the several Spanish-language cable stations down here. However, I don't think he was speaking Spanish; a TV announcer/translator was booming over him the entire time; if it was in Spanish, there would have been no need.

He was giving the straight-armed Fascist salute during the entire speech. I watched for five minutes, although I didn't understand a word.

Couldn't figure out where he was; apparently, there are Nazis everywhere.

Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell said the United States is still reviewing the case following the death last Tuesday of commander Imad Mughniyeh. Hezbollah blamed Israel and has pledged to attack Jewish targets worldwide in retaliation. That led the FBI last week to be vigilant for possible threats in the U.S. against synagogues and other potential Jewish targets.

Two:

There has been an explosion at an oil refinery in Big Spring, located about 250 miles west of Fort Worth, near Midland.
The refinery is owned by Dallas-based Alon USA. It employs about 170 people and produces about 70,000 barrels of oil a day.

(Big Spring, TX, oil refinery explosion)

I suppose it could be a coincidence.

It's most likely just an explosion. Oil refineries are dangerous places to work. We had a massive explosion back at one of the local refineries in 1984 that killed 17, rocked a 16 mile radius area, and sent a mushroom cloud into the sky. It was caused by some poor welds.

They would have to have be planning that target.

To strike and get a big bang you'd need:
Detailed plant plans.
Details on the security.
Planned and recon for infiltration and exfiltration.
If time delayed how to place the package without anyone knowing.

If it is an attack it has been in the works for this target for a while. Changing timing is problematic, an attacked would have been planned for a particular time, shift, and security coverage. Changing time would require recon of the new scheduling.

It's possible it's an attack. I seems very unlikely to related to taking out Mug.

Bad assumption, brother.

Hezbollah has agents in place, targets selected and weapons waiting.

They were called the A-Team of terror and they really are.

It's possible, just don't thinks it's likely.

It needs to be looked at seriously. Never ruled out anything until it's definite.

They would have to have been spun up on the target and just given a go order for the timing to work in relation to a retaliatory strike for Mug.

re: #42 OldLineTexan

Just the other night, I watched an official giving a speech to what appeared to be a government assembly (what looked like a BIG Mexican seal behind the podium, BIG auditorium). This was on one of the several Spanish-language cable stations down here. However, I don't think he was speaking Spanish; a TV announcer/translator was booming over him the entire time; if it was in Spanish, there would have been no need.

He was giving the straight-armed Fascist salute during the entire speech. I watched for five minutes, although I didn't understand a word.

Couldn't figure out where he was; apparently, there are Nazis everywhere.

If he was in front of a big Mexican flag, why would he not be speaking Spanish? Although there are some serious dialect differences...

During the time of the Spanish Civil War, there was a Fascist movement in Mexico allied with Franco called the Sinarchists. Maybe they still exist.

The Spanish Falange Party had as one of its planks the reunification of Spain with the former Spanish colonies in the New World...sort of a revived Spanish empire. The Falange celebrated October 12th, what we call Columbus Day, as El Dia de la Raza. Day of the Race. Sound familiar?

Oh, and check out the dateline/location.

South Lebanon.

Hey UNIFIL, your mission under UN SCR 1701 is to disarm all militias operating in South Lebanon. That includes Hizbullah. So, a militia operating with full uniforms out in the open is a group operating defiantly in opposition to your stated purpose.

What are you going to do about it? *crickets*

UNIFIL and Lebanon complain when Israel overflies Lebanon to find out what's going on with Hizbullah, but when there's indisputable proof that Hizbullah is openly in violation of SCR 1701, everyone suddenly shuts up, turns a blind eye, and ignores the 800 pound gorilla in the room.

Nice.

What would be nicer is if Hizbullah stays in those uniforms when they're busy fighting with Israel instead of switching back into civies so that they can blend in with the Lebanese public and all casualties can be claimed as civilian and not Hizbullah as we all know.

109 Cognito  Mon, Feb 18, 2008 9:45:21am

This will probably seem like a dense question, but it's something I've been wondering for some time: Is that straight-arm salute used by outfits around the world -- although associated by us with Nazis -- like, say, jackboots? Or is it more exclusive to Nazis, like swastikas?

I've seen references to that salute in enough other places that make me wonder if Hezballah is doing it with the Nazis in mind -- not that that alleviates their Nazi-likeness on the more important matters like world domination and anti-Semitic fervor...

Another version (Right arm up, but extended to the side) was also used as the Olympic Salute. (It's shown especially well on the 1924 Paris Olympic Poster) The French Olympic Team actually gave the Olympic Salute as they were introduced at the 1936 Berlin Games. The Germans, naturally, took it as the Nazi Salute and just went bonkers.

For some reason the Olympic Committee "forgot" about their salute after World War II.

When I was learning electronics through my skin (i.e., self-taught) we used to tear apart old T.V. sets for the parts (this was back in the mid-60's). We used to store the CRTs in a corner of the basement so we could go to the dump and shoot 'em with 22's, 30/06's, 45's, whatever - remember, this was the 60's...

One fine Saturday morning, after a Friday lightning/thunder storm (summertime) we went down to the basement to pick up the tubes (wearing FULL protective gear, we weren't *totally* stupid!) and put 'em in the back of the truck to go to the dump and "plink picture tubes". A fun way to spend the Saturday morning. Guess what happened to my brother when his arm got too close to the aquadag lead on the CRT he was lifting up?

ZOT! Scream, drop the tube, BOOM! Pick glass out of your clothing, hair, and the walls... NOT a fun way to spend a Saturday morning. Mom had a cow about the whole thing. Hey, we *were* wearing protective clothing...

Metcal is SOLDERING EQUIPMENT. As in two pieces of metal SOLDERED together.

Not sure what a "soldiering station" is, although the term "soldiering" in some armies means "to waste time on useless drilling and uniform inspections." In others, the term "soldiering" means to "do one's duty and accept one's fate" as in "he soldiered on throughout the campaign."

Perhaps a soldiering station is a base where glum, tired, soldiers march all day while sewing their patches on straight.

Do you have any questions to ask Dr. Kuntzel about his research on the links between Jihad, Jew-hatred, Islamism, Nazism, and the roots of 9/11? If you will be in New York City in March, you might ask him directly at one of his talks during March at two colleges in New York City.

Matthias Kuntzel, author of the book Jihad and Jew-Hatred: Islamism, Nazism and Roots of 9/11, will be speaking at two colleges in New York City during March: Thursday March 6 at Columbia University, and Saturday March 22 at Cooper Union.

The differences between these guys and the Nazis are many: they are not resourceful, they have no steel, manufacturing, or infrastructure to speak of. Their allegiance is based on a medieval doctrine as opposed to race and natinoal identity.

Regarding self, they are fanatical as opposed to realistic. Their identity is based on a "holy" book as opposed to, again, race and national identity.

They are the same in the sense their ideology is evil and, if continued, will inevitably lead to their destruction. There was only room in Germany for Nazi hate but not in the rest of the world. There is not even room for their hate in Lebanon.

#151 cgn38navy,
A while ago the History Channel had a documentary which covered the links between the Nazis, the Islamists like Haj Amin al-Husseini, and the Baath party in great detail. I cannot find its transcript or the video on the web, except for this:
Saddam and the Third Reich DVD. It has a short description of the program.

It is hardly a secret that the Nazi Germany had Muslim and Arab allies. Furthermore, Iran had similar aspirations, but they were squashed by the British in 1941. Too bad the same British allowed al-Husseini to escape prosecution as a Nazi war criminal.

I don't think anyone is saying the Islamofascists are competent, just derivative.
