what with the rain, the php, the sql, and the myriad other technologies i’m trying to stay up-to-date with…i haven’t ridden my bike in a week. for someone who, at one point, was doing 70+ miles every day for three straight months, this is a big change. kinda started when i crashed back in august and bruised a rib. i wonder if i’ll be in shape for the Solvang Century ride this year? 2 years ago i did it in 5 hours (avg. speed 20mph). no way i’ll get close to that this year, the way my training schedule has slipped. oh well. but i know how to build a frickin’ cool liquid design, and php is no longer a mystery…

 Frank says:

I think "when" is a very important thing, but "what the f*ck!" is also a very important thing to ask. Just keep asking "what the f*ck?" I mean, why the f*ck bother? See what i mean? The important thing is, deal with the "when". "When" will open a lot of shit for you. "What the f*ck" really makes it easier to deal with it when you understand the "when".
