The Islamists will win if our governments refuse to do their jobs and to allow death threats to go unpunished. As many have already pointed out, the War on Terror is being "overlawyered." It's time for various bar associations and others to step up to the plate and to do what they can to make sure those who make death threats get deported or put in jail.
