Fundraising for Sami Al-Arian at UC Irvine

Fri, Apr 11, 2008 at 10:02:14 am PDT

Radical Islamic front groups all over America are trying to rally sympathy for Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) leader Sami al-Arian, with propaganda films and fundraising events; and of course the MSU at University of California Irvine is especially active: Muslim Student Union Fundraising For Suspected Terrorist.

Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi
Troubles my sight: somewhere in sands of the desert
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Reel shadows of the indignant desert birds.
The darkness drops again; but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Navy says one of its ships encountered a small Iranian high-speed boat in the central Persian Gulf. The Navy says the boat stayed away after the ship fired a flare.
Two other similar Iranian boats in the area did not approach as closely.

The USS Typhoon tried unsuccessfully to establish radio contact with the Iranian boat after it came within an estimated 200 yards of the Typhoon on Thursday, outside Iranian territorial waters. A Navy official says the ship then fired the flare and continued on its way northward without incident.

The official said Friday that the Iranian boats did not appear to have been armed.

It was at least the second U.S. Navy encounter with an aggressive Iranian high-speed boat this year. In January, Iranian boats made what the Navy called provocative moves near a U.S. ship in the Strait of Hormuz.

My wife plans class trips and the cost has gotten so out of hand that she tries to stay within a couple of miles of the school. A twenty mile bus trip is around 500 bucks per bus.
Using our combined math then 250 X $500 equals 125,000 dollars. Taxpayer dollars, so it's not like it's real money or anything.

BEHEAD THOSE WHO WANT TO BE BEHEADED LAST FIRST

Two student missionaries from Kansas, one a KU student, the other a KSU student were working in Saudi Arabia, and arrested for prostelizing, tried and sentenced to death. The trial court, after handing down the sentence, said they would be granted one last wish.
Upon hearing that, the JayHawk said he wanted to hear Rock Chalk Jay Hawk sung at his beheading.
"Granted" said the judge, and turning to the Wildcat asked " and for you?"
I want to be executed first. replied the K-stater.

It was a pretty tame response from the USN - firing a flare into the air. I woulda shot it directly at the Iranian fools. There's not much chance of hitting a target with those things, but if they do land inside your boat, you got a world of trouble.

At a gathering at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A), he said: “I am a Marxist monk, a Buddhist Marxist. Delivering a lecture on Ethics and Business, the Tibetan leader-in-exile said the global economy has created vast economic differences in every country of the world. “In the absence of ethical handling of money, the whole community suffer from a sense of insecurity. Exploitation of workers is maximum in developing countries. There are very high degrees of exploitation in India and China, similar to the exploitation during industrialisation of Western countries a century ago,” he said.

[Link: www.foxnews.com...]

That would put a crimp in that Saudi check writing.

.

In 2007, U.S. average daily consumption of petroleum was 20.7 million barrels.

[Link: www.eia.doe.gov...]

That corresponds to an annual consumption of 7.5 billion barrels; 14 billion barrels is about a two-year supply. Since the U.S. imports about half its petroleum, that corresponds to four years of imports.

A motorcycle patrolman was rushed to the hospital with an inflamed appendix. The doctors operated and advised him that all was well. However, the patrolman kept feeling something pulling at the hairs in his crotch. Worried that it might be a second surgery the doctors hadn't told him about, he finally got enough energy to pull his hospital gown up enough so he could look at what was making him so uncomfortable. Taped firmly across his pubic hair were three wide strips of adhesive tape, the kind that doesn't come off easily. An unprecedented gathering to engage the hearts and minds of our community by highlighting the vision, science, and programs of early social, emotional, and cognitive learning.

Anchored by the deep wisdom of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, this community–focused event will celebrate and explore the relationships, programs and tools that nurture and empower children, families and communities to be compassionate members of society.

Each of the five days will provide parents, educators, business and community leaders with an opportunity to better understand the real benefits of compassion, and concrete steps on how to bring compassion into their lives.

Virginians ought to know our governor Tim "Eyebrow" Kaine supports Senator Obama's candidacy, open borders, sanctuary cities, and stands with antisemite Rep. Jim Moran, in whose congressional district Sami Al Arian is housed, sympathetically & sensitively no doubt.

Northern Virginia is Halal City and moonbatty and wealthy, all inside the Washington DC Beltway.

Whereas, Democrat Howard Dean says McCain's values are too "old fashioned", and that dems won't make AGE an issue.

Who are you going to believe has the good OLD Western Civilization's interests at heart? Madrassa neomarxists or McCain?

It came down to King Co. (Seattle and surroundings) 1st count state wide Dino Rossi (R) over Christine Gregoire (D) by 289 votes. King Co. had 2000 more ballots counted than voters in the election. They recounted twice, found uncontrolled ballots 9 times. Spent a lot of time determining "voter intent" by examining stray pen marks on ballots. One such ballot had a write in for Christine Rossi, the ballot was counted for Gregoire.

The final tally... Gregoire by 129 votes.

Like I said, I can claim we didn't elect her.

No, me neither. If a person makes $25,000 a year, that is a lifetime's worth of wages (40 year working lifetime). It is a fantastic amount of money. One that, if managed properly, would have them set for life from just one year of labor.

America has been exceptionally good to the Obamas. And they complain about it. Because we all haven't lined up to kiss their rings, I suppose. Because we owe them something.

Because they're special.

Obama will be a disasterous President if he wins the election. His sense of entitlement, combined with his not very well hidden antipathy for America, guarentees it.

A man was charged with having sex with a goat. The man didn't have enough money to hire the best lawyer in town, so he hired another lawyer who was famous for picking a sympathetic jury.
During the trial, the next door neighbor was recounting how she saw her neighbor having relations with the goat under the light of a full moon. She recounted that when the man had finished, the goat turned around and gave the man a big kiss right on the mouth.
At this testimony, the man and his lawyer turned to look at the jury to see their reaction. Just at that moment, one of the jurors turned to one of the other jurors and said, "A good goat will do that."

Poor Sami - got his hand ..um..er ..mouth caught in the cookie jar of life.
("I was set up, I tell ya" _ Sami's Bogart accent)
He was set up alright , by his own words and deeds.
I remember his appearance(s) on O'Reilly ... crying like the little Bltch that he is.
When he was confronted with film of himself speaking the hate and loving Hamas publically , he wanted to shrink under the table.
One of Big Bill's prouder moments.
Sami has become popular 'cause of the day' with a clique of bratty ...Orange County ...middle class ...Pakistanis and Palistinians - that were born and raised here.
Spoiled snotty little jerks that think old world hate is kewl
There is a lot of spoiled brat hate and antisemitism going on there.
Beware of anything coming from UC Irvine

Compare Electricity Prices in your area. Texas Electricity is deregulated; you have the right to choose Texas Electric Rates from among many Texas Electric Companies.

A sane moral compass.
