New Features: Tag Cloud and TagViewer

A couple of new goodies to announce tonight; I’ve been adding tags to LGF front page posts for quite a while, and finally got around to doing something with them. So we have some new tag-related features:
* In the left sidebar, we now have a “tag cloud” — a group of the most popular tags, with their popularity indicated by their size. This currently shows the most popular 75 tags from the last 60 days. Each tag in the tag cloud is a link to the…
* TagViewer: this is the page where you can view LGF entries by tag. You can even enter multiple tags to narrow the list, and choose OR/AND modes to combine the tags. To get into the TagViewer, click any of the tags in the cloud.
All of the tags that show up when you click “Tags” at the bottom right of each LGF post are now linked to our TagViewer (instead of Technorati, where they’ve been linked for years).
This is the first release, so the usual caveats apply: there may be bugs.
