Silly Moonbat Picture of the Day

Fri, May 2, 2008 at 11:27:29 am PDT

Oh brother. If you can believe this, Code Pink and a bunch of similarly “minded” morons are still ranting about impeachment: Town hall calls for impeachment to save the Constitution : Indybay.

A regional town hall on the subject “Are Peace and Impeachment Possible?” was held in Oakland to reaffirm the need and political viability of impeaching Vice President Dick Cheney and President George W. Bush. It enjoined the audience to support new candidates running against Democratic Party leaders who have declined to challenge the Bush administration for its violations of the Constitution and international law.

Will they abandon their quixotic quest when Chimpy McAdolf leaves office? It’s anybody’s guess.

But it does give us our silly moonbat picture of the day.

I've been wondering. Do they start out ugly or does their moonbattery make them that way? Or did the ugly make them moobats. Which came first? The moonbattery or the ugly?

It's one of those imponderables I think.

I think they'll slip into "impeach mccain" with alarming ease.

Or "Impeach Obama/Clinton", whichever one of them wins - since they'll either (a) think that the one of them stole the primary from the other, or (b) think that both of them "declined to challenge the Bush administration for its violations of the Constitution and international law", making them accessories to the blah blah blah.

It's a whole different reality from ours.

World Can't Wait (to drive out the Bush 'regime') is having a "national" conference at UC Berkeley tomorrow. I can't figure out why the university is letting these buffoons use campus space, but they are.

If Barry wins the WH, we can expect attempts to criminally prosecute members of the Bush Admin.

If we start down that road, I fear where we will end up.

I believe yes - "progressives" have shown to have very limited memory of history. They will still blame "Chimpy McBushitler" for every trouble the new pres. faces (only if a Democrat) because it will be "left over*" but they won't remember why they hated him. Actual investigations will be too boring to actually do, besides, something new will come up to protest.

*Note that that excuse does not apply to Pres. Bush himself because the previous president was a Democrat, who would never have left any problems unsolved. But don't dare accuse them of being partisan.

They hate America, the principles it was founded upon, and what it stands for. They want socialism and, more importantly, power over others. Orwell predicted these people beautifully.

So they stand up and mock a symbol of Liberty and Freedom to further their selfish cause. Dare I wonder outloud which part of Liberty and Freedom these folks support? Oh, that's right, the liberty and freedom to take away yours and mine.

The Fed said it was boosting the amount of emergency reserves it supplies to U.S. banks to $150 billion in May, from the $100 billion it supplied in April. The Fed took this action and several other moves to boost credit in coordination with the European Central Bank and the Swiss National Bank.

I believe you have a sanchastic outlook on the world!

You, me and Lance... we need one more, and we can be The Sanchastic Four. (Or maybe get three more and make The Sanchastic Six.)

wolfie will be the hot chick who turns invisible.

I guess I'll volunteer to be The Thing.

I'm sure that back in their world, this makes some kind of sense. The drape of the pink sheet, the way the shadow hits the projected image of the torch, the foam rubber diadem, all these things mean something, and together add up to a cogent argument for whatever it is they're arguing for. Fellow lizards, perhaps it is we who do not understand!

(Or maybe they're all just batshit nuts.)

103 Ojoe  Fri, May 2, 2008 12:19:37pm

Well at least she's thinking of liberty and that's good.

Here is what is written at the base of the statue, and it was about legal immigration by the way:

The New Colossus

Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame,

With conquering limbs astride from land to land;

Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand

A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame

Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name

Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand

Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command

The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.

"Keep ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she

With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your poor,

Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,

The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.

Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,

I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

—Emma Lazarus (Jewish by the way)

I'm suprised they don't try to impeach Obama from the Senate. According to Rev. Wright, the US government created AIDS and has been infecting black folks. Everyone in the Senate would have knowledge of this and so they should be impeached.
/Logic as good as Code Pink's logic.

They are all ready calling McCain "Bush Thrid Term". I swear my I.Q goes down a couple points when I hear one of them speak or read one of their signs. Moonbats are so batshit crazy!

106 bryantms  Fri, May 2, 2008 12:23:19pm

Chimpy McAdolf? Is that a term for Bush? Is that some kind of a joke?

107 nyc redneck  Fri, May 2, 2008 12:27:01pm

these attention seeking old hags are despicable. this impeachment stunt will go no where and they know it. these code pink slobs just want to be in the limelight. it's all abt. them. imagine being this age and still being this ignorant.

Like Unions, such protest groups are nearing the end of their usefullness, so now they must expand in order to continue sucking in donations so that they can live a life without having to produce.

Medea Benjamin started this whole "crown wearing" thing. I think she's still pissed because she didn't have a "Disney Princess" theme birthday party.

Oh, yeah.

But I wonder: If Arianna Huffington and Medea Benjamin occupied the same space, would there be enough air for both of them?

113 macofromoc  Fri, May 2, 2008 12:37:53pm

The coulda gotten some broad who wasn't so fat...

But then again, I have gone toe-to-toe with some of these morons in Berkeley over the Marine Recruiting Station. Besides being some of the ugliest folks, they smell bad and have breath like a rancid rectum...

What does dressing up like the Statue of Liberty have to do with impeaching George Bush?

With pink-stained limbs astride from bum to bum;
Here at the spittle-washed, Oakland gates shall stand
A barmy woman with a vibrator, whose buzz
Is the broken rhetoric, and her name
Mother of Moonbats. From her bacon-hand
Glows hip-wide welcome; her bovine eyes command
The hippied harbor that twin cities frame.
“Keep your struggling brains, you storied pimp!” cries she
With foamy lips. “see here your young, your bored,
Your brain-dead masses yearning to think clearly,
The wretched refuse of your university shore.
Send these, the lost, mentally-challenged, to me,
and I'll lift my skirt to show the golden whore!”

Unsurprisingly, the moonbat Liberty is dressed in red and holding what appears to be a lava lamp in her hand.

122 Andopolis  Fri, May 2, 2008 1:34:19pm

They'll be crying "Impeach Bush!" up until 1/19/09. On 1/20/09 they will change to crying "Indict Bush!"

Put that to music and I think we have the Berkeley National Anthem.

125 Conspirator  Fri, May 2, 2008 2:05:48pm

I've said this before, but the thread was dead by the time I said it, so I'll say it again. The next time Code Pink protests at a Marine recruiting station, I hope R. Lee Ermey is there to greet them and tell them exactly what he thinks of them. He'd probably start by asking Medea Benjamin how tall she is, like in this clip. Warning: the clip is a bit profane.

132 Tamron  Sat, May 3, 2008 3:05:37am

Did anyone notice this bit of news from that website?

"Cindy Sheehan called Congress complicit in the signing statements because it does not force the President to follow the laws enacted by Congress. She said impeachment must go forward because all future presidents must know that Congress and the people are real checks and balances. Sheehan, who has become the most prominent face of the U.S. antiwar movement after she established Camp Casey (in memory of her son killed in Iraq) in front of George Bush's Texas ranch, is running for Congress against Nancy Pelosi."

Hmmm. When Pelosi loses her seat, how do they determine who becomes Chairperson of the House? I'm sure that title doesn't automatically get transferred to whomever beats Pelosi -- if it did, can you imagine the country being just two accidents away from President Cindy Sheehan?

Now THAT sends chills up and down the vertebra!

133 Tamron  Sat, May 3, 2008 3:11:07am

---Ooops, guess I shoulda said "Speakerwoman of the House" or whatever in hell she is supposed to be called these days. "The Undistinguished Colleagueperson who's Third in Line." You get the drift.

Hmmm. Yes, I think all 4 Ghostbusters could fit in that empty head and drive her around New York.
