I've deep reservation about mixed gender units since that. I was ambivalent before.

Precisely why I feel the same way. I've served in units with significant numbers of females in peacetime, and it was like living in a soap opera. I was really glad that my only combat tour to date was in an all-male unit.

The important thing is that they take the same oath to constitution as the men and for the same reason, they love and serve our country.
