Video: Hamas Hearts Obama

Fri, May 16, 2008 at 12:20:37 pm PDT

I originally posted this video way back on April 1st, but with Obama’s furious two-day whine about a Bush speech that did not even mention him by name, this is a good time to re-post it.

Palestinians in Gaza, clearly with the approval of Hamas (because nothing happens in Gaza without the approval of Hamas—especially not reports from Al Jazeera) are manning phone banks to drum up support for Barack Obama.

Because they think he has the ability to bring real change to American policy.

Obama's hoping to use Jedi mind tricks to make you think this isn't the kind of change he's calling for. [terrorists running the roost]

It would be only slightly more believable if Obama's political career didn't get a major jump start from terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernadine Doern [aka Weather Underground terrorists, whose accomplishments included bomb plots on the US Capitol and the murder of armored car driver and NYS cops].

Then again, this is just part and parcel of his foreign policy views - and where he thinks we should go.

ok something to lighten up a gloomy news day

A young guy from Wisconsin moves to Texas and goes to a big 'everything under one roof' department store looking for a job.
The Manager says, 'Do you have any sales experience?'
The kid says 'Yeah. I was a salesman back in Wisconsin '
Well, the boss liked the kid and gave him the job. 'You start tomorrow. I'll come down after we close and see how you did.'
His first day on the job was rough, but he got through it. After the store was locked up, the boss came down.
'How many customers bought something from you today?
The kid says 'one'.
The boss says 'Just one? Our sales people average 20 to 30 customers a day.
How much was the sale for?'
The kid says '$101,237.65 '.
The boss says '$101, 237.65? What the heck did you sell?'
The kid says, 'First, I sold him a small fish hook. Then I sold him a medium fishhook. Then I sold him a larger fishhook. Then I sold him a new fishing rod. Then I asked him where he was going fishing and he said down the coast, so I told him he was going to need a boat, so we went down to the boat department and I sold him a Twin engine Chris Craft. Then he said he didn't think his Honda Civic would pull it, so I took him down to the automotive department and sold him that 4x4 Expedition.'
The boss said, 'A guy came in here to buy a fish hook and you sold him a BOAT and a TRUCK?'
The kid said 'No, the guy came in here to buy Tampons for his wife, and I said, 'Dude, your weekend's shot, you should go fishing

Secret Money Floods Campaigns

Mr. Obama's Web site allows donors to choose an address in one of 227 possible countries or territories, including Iran, Iraq, Zimbabwe, and Yemen.

Mr. Paul's site is even more embracing, permitting addresses in Syria and the "Occupied Palestinian Territories." Michael Huckabee's Web site seems to require an American address to make a gift. Donors to Senator McCain need to put in a ZIP code of some sort, but not a state.

While it is a crime for most foreigners to donate to American campaigns at the federal level, those with so-called green card status can donate legally, as can Americans who live abroad.

The most cautious campaign when it comes to accepting online donations from overseas seems to be that of Mrs. Clinton. Visitors to her Web site who want to list an address abroad are directed to a special page which advises that such donations are only taken by mail and that donors "must include a copy of your U.S. passport or green card."

"The mail-in requirement provides an additional level of review that would not occur with an online contribution that is automatically processed," a spokesman for Mrs. Clinton, Blake Zeff, said.

Spokesmen for Mr. Obama and Mr. McCain did not respond to inquiries about their screening system for gifts coming from abroad. The donation pages for all the candidates remind donors that they must be American citizens or legal residents. Mr. Paul's site also has a pop-up feature which asks any donor with a foreign address to confirm American citizenship.

I wouldn't dismiss it out of hand. All of those church videos are available for sale and I've heard that more than a few were intending to buy them for research purposes. Even more, every single one of the church "magazine" - The Trumpet - since day one resides at the Library of Congress. Not too hard to get access there.

Someone on a St Louis message board claims to have received a phone call from one of those Palis...

I actually received a phone call from a Palestinian for Obama. I conversed with him for several minutes, and found that originally he'd supported Ron Paul but switched to Obama after Paul fizzled.

..........

The guy I spoke with wanted peace - peace from what he described as the endless hatred from Israel, peace from the torturous life imposed by Israel, peace from worry that his home will be stolen by Israel, etc. etc. As I mentioned earlier, he told me that originally he supported Ron Paul - because Paul favors cutting off all aid to Israel. I got the impression that he felt Obama was the next-most-likely to be stingy with aid to Israel among the remaining candidates. That impression was reinforced when he told me he thought Hillary Clinton would be the candidate most likely to actually accomplish a peace agreement in the region, but that Obama may be more understanding of the Palestinians.

As to Larry Johnson credibility and judgment:

In an editorial entitled "The Declining Terrorist Threat," published in the New York Times on 10 July 2001, Johnson says:

Judging from news reports and the portrayal of villains in our popular entertainment, Americans are bedeviled by fantasies about terrorism. They seem to believe that terrorism is the greatest threat to the United States and that it is becoming more widespread and lethal. They are likely to think that the United States is the most popular target of terrorists. And they almost certainly have the impression that extremist Islamic groups cause most terrorism.... None of these beliefs are based in fact.... While terrorism is not vanquished, in a world where thousands of nuclear warheads are still aimed across the continents, terrorism is not the biggest security challenge confronting the United States, and it should not be portrayed that way.

I wonder if Obama just "acted out" when he heard Bush's comments or Axelrod had some polling on Obama's negatives, so they felt they had to respond.

Either way it was really a classic blunder. As Gingrich noted, Obama should have just said he agreed with Bush. Obama's comments will have the affect of making people think there is actually some issue there. His campaign will no doubt make more mistakes in the general. The democratic primary is an ideologically captive audience.

Amazing insofar as Obama may have had his John Kerry " windsurfing" moment even before the democratic convention.

If McCain has two functioning brain cells to rub together, he will take this video and follow it with some nice footage of the nice Gazans dancing in the street and celebrating 9/11 , and make an attack ad out of it for the campaign. Wishful thinking, I know. That wouldn't be nice after all. John is a kinder and gentler clueless dipstick.

McCain so far looks like he will sleep-walk through the campaign. Like many politicians, his ego and self-estimation will override what objectively has to be done in order to be elected President. Being in the Senate for so long he is probably unwilling to stoop to "petty" politics. Obama on the other hand is young and hungry for power. He will trash McCain while McCain plays the above-it-all statesman role.

Perhaps McCain's ultimate goal is to be a pharmaceutical pitchman like Bob Dole was for Viagra. The campaign is as only as good as the candidate. Show us something John.

Several months ago I posted a link to Obama's church's website with some unfavorable comments and was very surprised to receive a long, obviously canned, email defending Trinity United Church with a link to a favorable story about TUC and United Church of Christ. I think Obama's team paid for this. I have since removed my email address from my profile.

Obama being the democratic candidate is not a great thing for America, but is pretty good for Israel. How so?

Well if you watched the outpouring of respect and admiration for Bush in Israel, and the closeness and mutual support between both countries, you know Israelis have been and are carefully analyzing an Obama Presidency.

Since they are no fools, they have no doubt looked into his questionable and pro-Palestinian associations. To say nothing of the anti-Israel and anti-Semitic. So what does this mean?

It means Israel will not rely on an Obama Presidency or trust it on Israel's security and national interests.

If Israel thinks he will be President they will; 1) Go after the Iranian nuclear sites, and 2) Go into Gaza to clean out the military capacity of the Hamas dirt.

PS- Ehudie Olmert's days are also numbered. The government that Obambi will get will not be one he wants in the state of "sore".

re: #169 mglazer

True, so lets pretend somehow he wins - how do you think Americans will react?

The same way they've reacted for every election since we began this experiment. The ones who voted for him wil, exalt. Those that voted against him will quietly go about their business the best they can for the next 3 years and try to defeat him in 2012.

Just insane.

No one is immune.

No one! Not even the cartoons.

What's next, will the writers of South Park be put in jail? The Simpsons?

Crazy world we live in...

Too bad Larry C Johnson is judged a not reliable source. It would be such a beautiful thing if there does exist a video of Michelle going off on Whitey at TUCC.

Have any lizards heard about BHO's association with Odinga who ran for President of Kenya and had signed an agreement with Muslims that Kenya would become a Muslim only country if he (Odinga) was elected?

I thinks it's a great idea. I hope Hamas calls a lot of Americans with their support of Neville Obama. Here is his picture.

Not many basketball players are in movies... I tried to look for a The Usual Suspects, Reservoir Dogs, Raiders of the Lost Ark and even a Back To The Future reference but couldn't find one.

:(

Oh, c'mon. While there may not be many movies, there is a basketball player in the classic Airplane! Plenty of great lines, too.

190 RobCon  Fri, May 16, 2008 3:35:00pm

Hamas controled campaign workers support Obama. 'Nuff said.

re: #16 DistantThunder

Now that would make a great commercial with that tagline. Who do we send our commercial ideas to?

Windows. Media. Maker. Use clips of Obama videos, find some info and footage of Ayers, add those words....

Post it on YOUTUBE, VEOH, LiveLeak and other video sites. Forward a copy to Drudge.

I'm sure others on LGF have better video editing software than WMM to do the same.
