Iowahawk: Dear Barry

Sun, May 25, 2008 at 3:16:07 pm PDT

At Iowahawk’s pad, more problem-solving tips from America’s premier relationship expert: Dear Barry.

Dear Barry:

I try to get along with the people in my neighborhood, but sometimes it can be difficult. Take for example my neighbor “Mahmoud.” Last weekend while I was seeding my lawn, he drove back and forth slowly in front of my house “flipping the bird” from his minivan, which is painted with pictures of bloody corpses and mushroom clouds and “welcome 12th Imam.”  Normally I wouldn’t have given it a second thought (I get “fingered” by a lot of the neighbors), but lately I’ve noticed he has been working on some kind of secret project in his garage with really stinky chemicals. Also, I’ve been getting these constant annoying 3 AM phone calls threatening to kill my kids.

Frankly, I’m sort of worried about the situation, but even the neighbors I get along with tell me I shouldn’t jump to conclusions, and not to make a big deal of it. I don’t want to make waves, but I also don’t want to end up like the Goldbergs who had their house burned down last week. Am I being too much of a “worry wart”? Please help!

Concerned in Northbrook

Dear Concerned:

Misunderstanding and mistrust is a two-way street, and it’s important to ask yourself: what did I do to create this situation? Without thinking, sometimes the things we do can understandably trigger homicidal rage in our friends and neighbors. Put the shoe on the other foot — how would you like it if you had a neighbor who was always showing you up with his big gas-guzzling SUV and manicured hedges?

Before things escalate further, you should take the initiative and invite Mahmoud over for coffee and chit chat.  No preconditions, and maybe you could bring a pie from Bakers Square. While he is enjoying a delicious slice of Boston Cream, let Mahmoud know that you understand his feelings, and you will do whatever it takes to repair your tattered reputation in the neighborhood. As a show of good faith, why not offer him a few bags of fertilizer and fuel for his lawn mower?

Boston Cream Pie: Not from Boston. No cream. Not a pie. What more perfect offering from the Obamassiah to the Dwarf?

I'd say Iowahawk is God but I should probably do that on the last thread for maximum effect. (Just kidddddinnnnnnggggg...)

The last "letter" is the best!

So Michelle says, "and you must be very embarrassed it took you stupid assholes four years to offer us a promotion."

And that was just the first uncomfortable silence. When Maria (our housemaid) was serving the salad course, she accidentally dropped a plate and Michelle started screaming at her. Then she looked at my boss and said, "sorry, it's impossible to hire anybody but idiots on the lousy $400,000 salary you cheap bastards pay us."

Classic!

Iowahawk nails it! If there are always a certain @ of predators in a given neighborhood it stands to reason that there are always going to be predator nations since nations are made up of individuals. Dictatorships are especially likely to see predators in charge. Saddam Hussein was certainly predatory as he bumped off his opposition. Hey Iran..we will give you that nuclear fuel if you will just stop uranium enrichment and give you favored nation status but don't worry we'll never actually do anything..you know..physical if you don't. We will even take a sham "peace in our time" agreement and when it goes sour we'll just cover it up. Even if Barry O is strong he projects weakness.

i know a guy was a cab driver in nyc in the 70's. he lived in a bad neighborhood ( i guess every neighborhood was pretty bad in the 70's) but he told me he was constantly being robbed at knife point by the same guy who actually lived in his bldg.
he said the 4th time he was robbed, he decided to do something.
i said, 'great did you put a gun to his head and say next time i see you around here, you're dead'.
he looked at me and said, no i asked him over to talk abt. it.
'did that work?'
he said,' no, the guy started robbing him more and he had to move out.'
i didn't say anything. he was helpless to help himself. sad. (he's in a cult now)

26 pat  Sun, May 25, 2008 3:46:36pm

Obama's idea of charitable giving is to support a racist cult that he calls a church.

The sad thing is, though, this is really how these lunatic leftists think, and it is exactly how they want us to think.

It's amazing, that something that is a parody, like this is, should be good for a great laugh, and yet, the leftist Democrats have made it the center of their Presidential campaign.

Oh well, laugh and enjoy it as long as we can, Iowahawk is great!

We came into Miami at about 4 AM in the morning, my ex and I were up on the front observation deck, and the whole manuver was done very quietly and profesionally. We manuvered past the pier to a turning basin. Ship went to all stop, rotated 180 degrees on her axis, and docked with out a bump. Very impressive....

(I posted this on an earlier thread)

Remember the Gene Hackman movie, 'Mississippi Burning'?

Here is today's London, England version of same. The type and quantity of hate is identical, but in England this fanatical KKK member wears a different color of skin:

Radical Islam Overruns London Streets

As you view the black guy hatefully screaming "KAFIR", remember that the insulting, slanderous hate-word 'Kafir' is somewhat worse than the 'N-word' because, while it has the same evil intent, it has a more widespread target audience than just one single race. Simply put, he means ALL of us.

Remember also, the word 'Kafir' springs from the Holy Book of the Religion of Peace, and here is a sincere ROP devotee enthusiastically spewing hatred as if he was a kill-trained attack dog.

Here's how the UK policemen in the video handled it: "Nice doggy, nice doggy, down, boy.... OUCH! Can I please have my hand back? What have I done to offend you? Can we please sit down and talk this over, PLEASE, PLEASE stop biting me, I'll go away......"

Religion of Peace, my foot. I'm generally optimistic, but in this case I see no hope at all for such hate-filled bastards. Please let me know if you see things differently.

I see 'KafirPhobia' and 'GetAJobPhobia' and 'GetACluePhobia' and 'HonkiePhobia' at work here. They're much worse than 'IslamoPhobia'.

It is unfortunate that Obama thinks a westernized "rational" form of thinking is the basis for successful dialog with those who work from an oriental (middle-eastern) " emotional" thought process, which only understands strength and detests and devalues what it perceives as weak. To them our culture and society are religiously and morally bankrupt, and we will eventually fall.

Obama's foreign policy advisors are the same type of "wise men" that have screwed up our foreign policy for years, premising it on the usual statecraft of mutual interests, etc.. In the current foe the temporal interest matters less than fulfilling what in their minds are their sacred religious principals. It is a much different and more difficult foe than communism. Offering the carrot will do more harm, than offering the stick, which is the only thing they fear and understand.

Unless Bernard Lewis is his chief adviser, Obama's inexperienced Presidency will put us in the greatest risk of war and nuclear conflagration since Kennedy.

Denial ain't a river in Egypt, Barack.
