Phoenix Bird Lapel pin worn by HRC
By Lizette - Apr 20th, 2008 at 1:47 pm EDT
Hillary Clinton and some associates have been wearing the "Phoenix Bird", a lapel pin that clearly shows who really she worships. The Phoenix Bird is a symbol of people that belong to the secret society "The Illuminati". This is a secret society that has a hidden agenda to incorporate a new world order. That new world order is all about power and definitely, it does not look forth the interest of common American people. I wish the whole country could see the filth that O wallows in.

Pete Singer. Zoophilia. Ick. 'Nuff said.

I've been reading a lot of older Readers Digests lately. That dumb SOB was profiled in "That's Outrageous".

Also found Mark Steyn, but it was in a humor section talking about how bad a newspaper in Canada screwed up apologizing to him.

If this man is elected as the leader of the most powerful nation in history, it will surely mark the beginning of the end (although it could be argued Carter was the beginning of the end I guess?) A so called majority of Americans would have voted him in. These voters approach the world with the minds of spoiled children. They are oblivious to the realities of the threats we face and the difficult self sacrificing choices that need to be made to keep this nation from crumbling into historical dust. It is suicide by vote. Mass insanity, and the most selfish act of all which is dooming the generations to come to a life of toil and strife as we loose are status as a world power and our freedoms to the communist nanny state. We need a million man march of conservatives to go down to Washington and demand the madness of social welfare policies, appeasement of dictators and the corruption of out of control government spending be brought to an end. The only thing politicians fear is bad publicity. Image if all U.S. citizens who believe in conservative values all marched on Washington, or even locally in their own state capitals and voiced their opposition to the policies of appeasement and decay? Alas, it is only a dream to escape reality.

I, with all of my heart wish that all senators and congressmen had term limits so only those who wished to be true servants of the people would run. Instead, we have career politicians who don't care about our country as much as they care about their positions and how to keep their money and power. 'Joel' and his friends don't mind stuff disappearing, as long as it's in the right cause.

We know damn well that if this kind of kooky, wacked-out stuff we've seen today was on an official site ran by McCain's campaign and the admin staff was playing Whack-A-Mole with the offending user blogs like Obama's people have been doing, the leftoids would be rabidly crying "coverup" (among other things).

You know, it's far better to have a blog with free speech than the blogs that McCain and Hillary manage. Never would a contrary opinion ever appear there. Just "rah-rah" stuff and anything critical at all is axed. Leadership that allows voices to be heard no matter how shrill or ugly is the kind of leadership I'm looking for.

You know, free speech like "the Jews were responsible for 9/11" and "Jews control the media."

How Barack Obama Learned to Love Israel
By Mishal from Austin, TX - Mar 4th, 2007 at 8:27 pm EST

To patronize AIPAC, and to do so without even a remark about the occupation, illegal land grabbing, illegal apartheid wall, dehumanization, racism, bulldozing homes, bulldozing olive trees, bulldozing other crops, grabbing water resources, destroying palestinian infrastructure, implementing countless roadblocks designed more for harassment than security, targeted assassinations, etc, etc, is really something I didn't expect from Barack Obama. Israel is an apartheid state and Obama know's exactly what Israel is about, but he's a coward to not call it what it is.

Before a friendly Zionist sympathizer jumps on my case with the "anti-Semite" label, please allow me to say I'm a 61 year old Sephardic Jew, and I can assure you that there is more criticism of Israel's hateful and racist policies inside Israel than in the United States. And, no thanks, I'm not a "self-hating Jew", I'm a Justice Loving Jew. Barack Obama should not offer Israel his unconditional support. He's patronizing AIPAC for money support, while doing an obvious CYA, so AIPAC won't set out to ruin his run for the presidency. Israel has been enjoying blind support and tax dollars from American citizens for too long. We have become complicit with Israel's policies.

I wonder if this is the same "Joel":

Well I guess it's official. The Barack Obama-as-Muslim smear has now gone mainstream. I had thought it would stay restricted to pass-along e-mails and the dregs of the Internet -- because surely respectable folk wouldn't want their fingerprints on this -- but apparently it's now acceptable for leading conservative magazines and Republican congressmen to associate themselves with this stuff:
An Iowa Republican congressman said Friday that terrorists would be "dancing in the streets" if Democratic candidate Barack Obama were to win the presidency.
Rep. Steve King based his prediction on Obama's pledge to pull troops out of Iraq, his Kenyan heritage and his middle name, Hussein.
"The radical Islamists, the al-Qaida ... would be dancing in the streets in greater numbers than they did on Sept. 11 because they would declare victory in this war on terror," King said in an interview with the Daily Reporter in Spencer.
King said his comments were not meant to demean Obama but to warn how an Obama presidency would look to the world.
"His middle name does matter," King said. "It matters because they read a meaning into that."
For the record, King isn't backing away from these comments with a "they quoted me out of context" dodge. He's standing by the comments.

B-HO cannot find competent people to mange his own web site (hate speech is left up for months; only taken off when it gets noticed), yet we are led to believe he will surround himself with competent advisors to run America.

Here's another lovely group of leftists blogging on Obama's site: Marxists/Socialists/Communists for Obama

Though the Democratic Socialists of America or the Communist Patty of America may have more Socialististic values, it is pointless to vote for these candidates due to the fact that there is virutally no chance they will be elected on a National level. The members of this group are not Leninists, Stalinists, etc. and do not support or condone the actions of North Korea, China, Cuba or any other self-procalimed "Marxist States." They do not in anyway represent the Marxist philosophy nor do they represent Socialism/ Communsim. We support Barack Obama because he knows what is best for the people!

"Dear Obama: Congratulations in winning the Democratic Party nomination for President. I am writting you this e-mail to throw my 2 cents on a very important subject for the United States. I would like to humbly suggest for you to consider reading the book "The power of Israel in the United States." by James Petras, which talks about the negative impact of the Israeli Lobbies inside the United States, and many other authors on the subject about the negative impact of the Israeli Lobby and Israeli inside the United States government and private sector.
I think that it is time for a real change in middle-east policies by the USA, and we must break our satanic matrimony with Israel elites, and lobbies. This country cannot keep on waging wars on behalf of Israel. I don't hate Israel and Israelites. I love the country of Israel and all Israelites. What i hate is some Israeli wealthy elites, AIPAC and other zionist jewish lobbies, destroying our economic, and political freedoms.
It is time for Israel to stop oppressing and killing Palestines. The real danger in the Middle East is not Iran, Syria or Pakistan, but Israeli Occupation Forces, and not Iran.
It is time for US to dissarm Israel out of its 300 Nuclear Bombs. Ron Paul said that the real danger in the middle east is Israel. Not to mention the 3 billion dollars a year from our tax dollars
Iran must be our friend, not our enemy, whatever Bill O'rilley, Glenn Beck and the corporate media whores claim. They won't be presidents of the USA. You will be the president, and i have faith indeed that you would change Washington, DC indeed
Iran doesn't have any nuclear weapons, but nuclear energies.
Thanks and i hope you listen to my humble opinions about the fascist state of Israel and what we should do about it

They would be wiser to address this issue directly rather than pretend the Jewish holocaust didn't take place. They could neutralize its propaganda value by drawing attention to the pattern of Nazi-elite Jew collaboration (Judenrat, Jewish police, Zionist) and by talking about the Jewish role in Stalinist mass-murder. Actually many see it and embrace it.
The left is wrapped up in a massive Psychological Delusion. For some reason many of them lash out at daddy by lashing out at everything that is good about this country. All authority figures that don't want to give lefty free stuff, are automatically defined as the enemy. The true enemies of this country thus must be the "freedom fighters", because they too hate the conservatives in charge.

There are similarities in the way some conservatives are willing to embrace fascists because of an agreement in hatred toward Islamofascists.

1) To save a "shot" of a website, the thing to use is CutePDF to create a PDF of it, which you can then turn into an image or whatever.

2) To crawl a website and save all contents, there's a free open-source nifty little program I've used called HTTrack, among others, that crawls any website and downloads the whole thing to your hard drive.

re: #339 EC Marm

It would be wise for anyone who wishes to use the Bible to do some research into what is in it and how it got there. The same thing should be said for the Koran. In both cases canon was not established for some time until after the death of the founder. With the exception of roughly 50% of the Pauline letters, very little seems to be authored by the person to whom it is ascribed. Mark is probably the oldest of the gospels in authorship and thought currently to date to around 65 AD. That is roughly 30 years after the death of Jesus. Luke and Mathew come from what is currently estimated to be 20 years after that and John not till around 100 AD. Likewise Thomas dates from around the time of the Gospel of John.

This is not said with the intent to attack the content, nor with the intent to ascribe fraud to the documents. It was customary at the time to write something and then ascribe it to someone else as a note of respect for that person. It was also common to do your best try at what that person would have said and then hang their name on it. But literalists tend to overlook the point that the entire OT up to that point was redacted in 700 BC and other works in the Bible may not be authored by the people they are ascribed to. To go off the deep end about this word or that word is profoundly silly and/or ignorant. The easiest and most glaring example of this occurs in Exodus where Moses parts the "Red Sea". The original Hebrew of that part of the Bible is the "Reed Sea". That is to say that he got his folks over the marsh and when the Egyptians came after them, they got their chariot wheels stuck in the muck.

The spirit of the exercise is in the words, the spirit of the exercise is not the words by themselves.

So, to continue post #416, lets see who is missing:

1. Missing are any business, profit-based mom-and-pop company or corporation. Obama supporters do not include those who make money the old-fashioned way ... by EARNING it.

2. Missing are white Americans --included are minorities. Does Obama intend to govern America by dissing whites or ignoring them? Does he intend to tyrannize the majority?

3. Missing is heterosexual, specifically marital sex. In fact, missing entirely from his list of groups are those who represent families and marriage.

4. Missing is anyone over 30, maybe 20. He stretches to include non-voting children (democrats are too selfish to reproduce so perhaps this is his bipartisan outreach?), college kids (before they get real jobs) and young, loser lefties.

5. Missing are churches and synagogues, the religious backbone of America. Odd spirituality and dying old line churches are represented -- anyone who actually goes to church or synagogue, tithe and believe ... well, these people are NOT a part of Obama's Amerika.

Enough.

That's right, I have a collection of haiku based on my thoughts about Vice President, Dick Cheney. I'll share a few. Inspiration comes from the most unlikely sources...

cutting shady deals
shredding the Constitution
always with a snarl

ruined economy
two wars/ the "war on terror"
Dick Cheney caused it all.
How does he go on - knowing the whole world hates him?
Our Vice President.

run, Dick Cheney run!
it will come back to haunt you
see you at the Hague
corrupt and evil
the vile beast who pulls the strings
I don't like you, sir

pondering torture
the war pig is slobbering

Democrats want everyone to work for a large corporation, because large employers have essentially a socialist organization. Lenin himself said that small businesses and the entrepreneurial spirit represent the primary obstacle to socialism. We all need to be drawing a paycheck from a mega corporation -- the first step towards the total socialization of labor.

To make the history of the Hebrew scriptures and that of the Christian scriptures which include and add to the Hebrew scriptures in any way as un-evolved as that of the Koran ... is simply ignorant.

Hebrew and koine greek have evolved, as have all modern language. Arabic is stuck in the 8th century. The interpretation of Jewish and Christian scriptures have likewise evolved -- the interpretation of the Koran is static.

Good try, though.

On Obama's website, there is a blog dedicated to solving the Palestinian/Israeli conflict. This is their way of accomplishing this great and noble goal:

This group's thinking makes a quantum leap in how to address the Palestine/ Israel issue. Our objective is to look at basic human needs such as political representation, citizenry issues, common humanity, and freedom. We do so by bypassing differences in religion and nationality. We will discuss the nature of the conflict, its genesis and possible modalities for reaching a logical outcome. The Israpalestine modality and formulation are open to the creative genius of this group

.

Bypassing differences in religion? Yeah... that'll work. Why didn't we think of it?

Oh yeah... because we are not "open to the creative genius" like the Obamians are! But of course!

BTW The blog is open only to members. Here is the link.

This is another link found on Obama's official website -- Valenzuela's Veritas.

Here's is how poor Valenzuela explains away Islamofascism (Can't you feel the love?):

Radicalism in the Middle East, born of frustration, oppression and lack of opportunity, growing due to inequality, unfairness, injustice and persecution, nurtured by a corrupted and hijacked interpretation of modern Islamic faith, and manifesting itself through violent acts of terrorism, is a symptom of the disease called market colonialism, of an imperialism that cares nothing for people living in misery and perpetual suffering, where the west props up and supports and finances its cadre of despots and tyrants in the region, with their full array of crimes against humanity being protected by the Empire itself, at the expense of the native populations, in order to control the region’s, and the world’s, most valuable resource. ... Islamic fanaticism, like its American, and Christian counterpart, thrives on the disenfranchised, the downtrodden, the ignorant, and in those searching for meaning to lives heavy in suffering and pain. Like all forms of fanaticism, the Islamic variety grows and thrives by listening to the angry and the oppressed...Thus, by combining the fanaticism all theologies possess with the living, walking carcasses left behind by America’s propped up tyrants and kings, gorging on the spoils of oil, too greedy to share with their people, together with American interference in the region, a grassroots resistance is birthed that finds solace and solutions in the beliefs of the past, thinking, rightly, that the devastation of their lives is a result of modernity –albeit a debased form of it – and its corruption by authoritarians sponsored by the west. the root of their ills is indeed a product of the western world, they fail to see the reality that true fault lies not in western progressiveness, which is humanitarian, communal and universal in nature, but in the despotic character and oppressive policies of leaders that will not free their subjects to the great virtues of real democracy.

Check it out yourself. An Obama supporter speaks here!
[Link: valenzuelasveritas.blogspot.com...]

Here, America and her puppet allies in the region have made a vital and egregious error, for in inducing high levels of indigence, uneducation and dissatisfaction, in allowing despotism to rule and the voice of the people to disappear, thereby creating a Molotov cocktail of anger and resentment aimed at the Empire and Arab leaders, they have fostered instability and resistance, some in the form of anti-Americanism, some in the form of terrorism, most in the form of a society that grows more eager for change every year. Together with a perception that America has embarked on a Crusade of Surge and Siege against the Muslim world, and that her armies are engaging in mass murder and destruction of Muslim peoples, the only avenue for change is being found inside the mosques of radical ideology.

I believe this self help guru took pre-existing definitions of what a Lightworker is(New Agey hippie crap), and used certain video games to retool it into his own definition. But it sounds sooo good to the standard issue moonbat... they will buy it and think its deep. Many of Obama's supporters come from the self-esteem/"think it, be it!" school of problem solving, and will therefore fall for any new-agey, "can't we all just get along" drivel tossed out by the self help/religion-lite publishing complex. They will do and believe anything as long as it skimps on right and wrong, and doesn't require conflict, judging, or real factual analysis.

re: #468 hermeneutics

I was interested by his inclusion of the pseudopigraphal "Gospel" of Thomas.
I readily admit, because it is history [cf. Eusebius Ecclesiastical History, written c. 310] and not opinion, that the books of James (Yakov), I and II Peter, II and III John, Hebrews and Revelation were given considerable debate before being included in the final canon of the Christian Scriptures. The early years of Christianity were far better documented than those of Islam. These books were included in part because they mirrored what the first few generations of Christian saints had written, or were indeed quoted by them. They were included because they agreed with the ongoing practice of the church worldwide. They were included because they had a history of being used in worship.

Here's an anti-democracy spiel from my hometown:

By Yahya from Houston, TX Jun 5th 2008 at 2:01 am EDT
Imam Mohammed has said:
"Justice is more important than American democracy"
In addition, Imam Mohammed has said:
"Here is the difference between what Islam wants for society and what America wants for society. In principle, America and Islam want the same thing for man.
But in practice, they're different.
America seems to put the emphasis and the light on freedom, more so than on justice.
And the result is that, the society is turned on to freedom, but not necessarily turned on to justice. And my freedom disrespects your freedom. My freedoms clash with your freedoms.
So the society suffers, because we are going after freedoms, but have lost the connection for freedom with justice.
Freedom and justice are born together, and freedom and justice are to live together always. You're to never separate justice from freedom.
In Islam, justice is willing to sacrifice some freedom for a better freedom, or for a genuine freedom down the road.
But freedom in Islam is never willing to sacrifice any part of justice."

[Link: my.barackobama.com...]

I'll defend my freedom from your justice, Yayah, I can promise you that.

So, Arabs are lazy, destructive ingrates and it's our fault? good grief

Louis Farrakhan, Barack Obama and America
By carolmaama - Mar 1st, 2008 at 6:04 pm EST

. . .

Louis Farrakhan is considered an extremist by many. His ministering is based on the Nation of Islam, a religious social and political based organization. He is an accomplished violinist and singer. He has been a devoted husband and father even leaving college to be with his wife during complications of pregnancy of their child. He stands up for what he believes in and is not afraid to take a stand on what he considers righteous. He has been known to "call out" injustices and actions in an uncomfortable manner. Many of Louis Farrakhan's statements have been taken out of context and presented unfavorably. Because of his strict belief and doctrine on how life should be, he has received criticism and has many enemies.

In my own life, I was inspired by Minister Louis Farrakhan to return to my Christian beliefs and practices. A lecture he presented at a Christian Church in Chicago during 1996 on the life of Christ touched my heart like no other. He not only caused me to reexamine my wayward ways and lifestyle choices but challenged me to become a better human being and seek atonement for my transgressions so I could move forward with a meaningful life once again. E Carol Miracle, a white female, now has a life I can once again look myself in the mirror and smile back because of the positive influences of Minister Louis Farrakhan. I'm indebted and I am publicly thanking you Minister Louis Farrakhan.

I ask you now, why must we expect and even demand Barack Obama to not only denounce but also reject Louis Farrakhan's endorsement?

Tornados all weekend long.

LW is redeploying in January. He volunteered, the big nut :) How is your son?

He's hating garrison work and wishes he were fighting again. Does not like the garrison routine. To paraphrase - "What the f*** do they think they're doing having us us f*** around with reloading drills? Ain't even no one shooting at us while we do it. What a f***ing waste of f***ing time."

Other than that, he is doing OK. Not great. He knows (as much as one can count on things in the Army) that he'll be redeployed and is worried that things are going to get messed up before he gets back. A case of 'we were doing good, I'm not so sure of the guys that came after us' if you can follow that.

Looking at current events as tracked here I'm just stunned. I always new there was plenty of stupid in the world, but, again, just - wow. Do those Obamatons posting even have 2 firing neurons to rub together?

Forgive me, but the canon is. I am Eastern Orthodox, you see. If by discuss it you mean to talk about why the Gospel of Nicodemus, the Gospel of Philip, I and II Clement and The Shepherd, et alii were excluded and the books of the canon were included, no problem. If by discuss, you mean to sift the canon and alter it, then if I ever decide to become apostate, I'll be glad to discuss it.

I am currently about halfway through Ibn Warraq's The Origins of the Koran where something like the above is done to the Koran.

re: #616 Mich-again

This is a popular theme among Obamatrons. I overheard several people (supporting Obama, of course) saying that women are voting for Hillary just because she's female. I don't doubt some of that went on, but how many people are voting for Messiah just because of his race?

AND STOP SHOUTING!

A classic quote from another anti-Hillary poster...

Today Hillary is a firecracker.

She was part of NAFTA. Therefore she helped create the problems of so many jobs going over seas.

I don't happen to have a globe handy, but I don't remember Canada or Mexico being overseas.

I'm back. Did I miss anything important? Any sentences ending with prepositions, modifiers dangling, infinitives split?

I don't happen to have a globe handy, but I don't remember Canada or Mexico being overseas.

In a way, NAFTA enabled the "everything to China" concept.

You see, they ship it from China into Mexico, baptize it as Mexican, and ship it to Aztlan the US.

This is nonsence. Farakhan giving a sermon on Christ would be counter intuitive for a Muslim. Christ means Savior. That means God, not some Muslim prophet referred to as Isa.

Interesting that the Obamatons haven't deleted the "Jemaah Islamiya" blog yet. They must be cool with that one.

Maybe they're working alphabetically. I before J.

I can still recall the punishment for chewing gum from one particularly mean nun in elementary school was to wear the wad of gum on your forehead for the rest of the day.

Can't say that. See the 92% Obama black vote is based on pride.
Those voting against him are just racist, no matter what.
Hey, this is Messiah.

That thought has crossed my mind, but I have resisted. I just remind my students to get rid of it at the beginning of class. Since gum-chewing drives me NUTS, I catch scofflaws pretty easily.

When you first load up his website, you get a video of him saying ..

Hi. I'm Barrack Obama. Welcome to BarrackObama.com. The official website of my campaign for President.

And then he refers to the folks on his blog as "us" about 10 times. But of course at the bottom of the comments page is the tiny widdle disclaimer..

Content on blogs in My.BarackObama represents the opinions of community members and in no way should be interpreted as endorsed or approved by the campaign.

hmm. Welcome to my official website where I don't endorse the content.

Yeah, I think that's where the self help guy got the idea of the Lightworker from, and in turn, he modified it as his own, and Morford got it from him, if that makes sense. These kooks and the self help huckster are both based in Vegas and work in a similar field, so it wouldn't surprise me to learn they've crossed paths.

I base my assumption on where Morford actually got the Lightworker idea from the business and net savvy of the self help guy over the Lightworker freaky cult people. When you punch in the self help guy's site (which you can find at my site, scroll down and you'll find my post) and LGF in Alexa, they're pretty comparable, with him breaking ahead of LGF in recent days. The Lightworker people are scraping the bottom in comparison.

647 tradewind  Sun, Jun 8, 2008 7:20:38pm

I can already tell that the RNC is not going to need to hire any outside media/pr consultants to write campaign copy: just put some McCain volunteers on their 'puters, dial technorati, and sift at the end of the day.
The Obama campaign is going to be a freakin' gold mine. Just watch the blogs, (double down on DU, Kos, and HuffPo), check Charles for his take to make sure they got it all, and let the copy write itself.
Remember, Obamaniacs... the delete function will not protect you from the vigilance of the screen-shot hot-shots!
