Daily Kos Spins, Rants, Invents Conspiracies, Calls Us Liars

Mon, Jun 9, 2008 at 7:59:34 am PDT

How pathetic can you get? To retaliate for LGF outing the numerous insane antisemitic registered and approved blogs at the official Barack Obama site, the Daily Kos Kooks go to the John McCain blog and pick out a few anonymous comments to demonstrate... who knows what? Daily Kos: The Little Green Freakshow forgot to check McCain’s site (update).

Oh, and all that antisemitic ranting? It’s “cut-n-paste political sabotage.” Not really anything Obama needs to worry about, according to the furiously spinning Kidz.

Of course, none of them bothers to explain why, if this is all about nothing, the Obama campaign spent so much effort yesterday cleaning up and sanitizing their site — after the hatred had been posted for months.

The Obama campaign has also closed those amateurish open directories this morning; maybe I should send them a consulting bill?

UPDATE at 6/9/08 8:02:34 am:

Notice that most of the lefty blogs doing their best to make excuses won’t even link to LGF. They’re afraid they’ll get those little green cooties on them.

UPDATE at 6/9/08 8:12:43 am:

It’s not surprising that they don’t see the antisemitism at the Obama site. They apparently don’t see it at their own site either.

Look what’s been posted at Daily Kos since May 13: Daily Kos: Eulogy before the Inevitability of Self-Destruction: The Decline and Death of Israel.

19 ShumBaayaMyLord  Mon, Jun 9, 2008 8:05:12am

Might (only saying "might") be a good idea to do some kind of compare-and-contrast between the candidates' sites. Based, of course, on the material at BHO's site prior to the sanitization.

I know there's no objective yardstick for these kinds of comparisons. And the aim is not to win over the Kidz anyway. The point would be to have something out there for the consideration of those who are basically good-hearted, of sound judgment, and in danger's way if the Kidz spin too craftily.

39 daughter of patriots  Mon, Jun 9, 2008 8:10:00am

The ongoing historical link between Leftism + Anti-Semitism:

Before World War II, anti-racism was certainly NOT the mainstay of Leftist doctrine that it is today. Who was it who said: "What is the worldly religion of the Jew? Huckstering. What is his worldly God? Money."? No. It was not Adolf Hitler but Karl Marx himself (Marx, 1844). See Blanchard (1984) for a full discussion of Marx's antisemitism.

And who was it who wrote this? "Not until my fourteenth or fifteenth year did I begin to come across the word 'Jew,' with any frequency, partly in connection with political discussions.... For the Jew was still characterized for me by nothing but his religion, and therefore, on grounds of human tolerance, I maintained my rejection of religious attacks in this case as in others. Consequently, the tone, particularly that of the Viennese anti-Semitic press, seemed to me unworthy of the cultural tradition of a great nation". Some kindly liberal wrote that, no doubt? Some anti-racist? Some Leftist? The sentiments are certainly ones that anti-racists could only applaud, are they not? But those words are actually theAdolf Hitler, writing in "Mein Kampf". words of And we all know what he ended up doing!

And from 1901 to 1966 the Australian government had an official policy known as the "White Australia" policy -- a policy which forbad non-white immigration into Australia. In other words, for most of the time that "slegs blankies" ruled as the guiding policy in South Africa, its English equivalent ("whites only") ruled in Australia too. And who were always the most ardent supporters of that policy? The Australian Labor Party -- Australia's major Leftist party. It was an Australian Labor Party leader (Arthur Calwell) who became famous for his remark that, "Two Wongs don't make a white". The policy was eventually abolished by a conservative government under Harold Holt. So Leftists can be as racist as anyone else if it suits them.

This is the key point: inevitably, on both McCain and Obama's web sites, a minute amount of offensive material will fall through the cracks. That's the price of having an open, accessible online presence, and it's clearly a tradeoff worth making.

There is nothing -- not a single thing -- to suggest that either McCain or Obama themselves embrace any elements of the scurrilous materials that are found on their sites from time to time. And that's really the important thing -- we're not electing a damn website, we're electing a president.

If JedReport (the poster) really believed these two paragraphs are true, he/she would not have posted this thread.

re: #16 ggt Good morning ggt!
What are you confused about? Charles caught the offical Obama Website hosting blogs that were so hateful and despicable it made decent people want to cry.
And as soon as Charles exposed one, some LGFer exposed another and then Charles again and well, you get the idea.
And Obama's website is supposed to be "Moderated"
But apparently the only thing the moderators did was try to wipe the most hateful blogs from the site, even blogs that had been up since '07.
And they didn't like us showing that on OBAMA'S OFFICAL WEBSITE they have a drop down menu of "People" - who support Obama and they had something for everyone exept for White People, Men and the Elderly.
So Kos is now sayiing that LGF "Cut and pasted" (I'm sure they meant "Copied" but who knows with that crowd) all the stuff we posted from Obama's website! You know, all the stuff the Obama Official Website is busy trying to wipe clean.

McCain distanced himself from the crazies from the get go. Conversely, Obama has kowtowed to them (perhaps because they are a none too insignificant part of his constituency), cutting ties only when the media turn up the heat.

At what point does Obama risk pissing off the loons to the point where they will no longer support him? Quite the little catch 22.

I know other people took screenshots of the other pages, Charles especially because he knows these things are going to disappear. I just really wanted to capture all the comments to that one post because those people were absolutely serious and had a real discussion, it wasn't like two or three comments. I don't know the theology they were discussing not do I care to discuss it (and please, no one else start an OT here about it because I was lame enough to mention it), I just thought it should be saved because they seemed to really believe what they were discussing without completely wandering off into Rense territory.

[Link: www.barackobama.com...]

Today: Iowans in 46 Communities 'Canvass for Change'
Des Moines, IA | October 13, 2007

Senator Barack Obama to Attend Kickoff Event in Des Moines

Des Moines, IA -- Today, Saturday, October 13th, thousands of Obama supporters nationwide will go door-to-door to share Senator Obama's vision to turn the page in Iraq during a nationwide "Canvass for Change." In Iowa, participants will gather in cities across the state to build a movement to change the way Washington works and to end the failed policies in Iraq. Click here for a map of Canvass for Change events in Iowa.

These canvasses come less than two weeks after thousands of Obama supporters paid tribute to Senator Obama's judgment opposing the Iraq War in 2002 at Rallies for Change around the country. Participants will urge Iowans to call on Senator Charles Grassley, Congressman Tom Latham, and Congressman Steve King to join Obama's bipartisan coalition to end the war in Iraq and bring our troops home now.

"A grassroots movement across the country is rallying behind Senator Obama who, as the only candidate who opposed the Iraq War five years ago, has the right judgment to end the war in Iraq," said Obama Iowa Communications Director Josh Earnest. "Iowans in 46 communities are taking to the streets to let their neighbors know that together we can protect America and restore our standing in the world by electing Barack Obama as our next Commander-in-Chief."

There's also an AP news story ([Link: www.barackobama.com...] discussing the door-to-door agenda.

I'm pretty sure they see it. They just figure it's the truth, so there's nothing wrong with leaving it up.

Easy explanation, Barry O has the nomination so his need to pander to the hard left is gone. Its all about steering back to the center for the general election.

Exactly.

And to that purpose, the more he case erase or disappear all his earlier comments about a "diplomatic surge" and "humanitarian disaster" in Iraq, the easier it will be for him to play himself as a centrist.

The problem with the Jew-hating blogs on the Obama site isn't their mere presence, its their ABUNDANCE.

Patterico does not see the big deal with the exposure of the anti-semitism and 9/11 troofers.

He pretty well adopted the KosKiddie excuse that these pages do not represent the real viewpoints of the Obama campaign since anyone can post there and he claims no official review was apparently needed.

I guess he missed the point that these aren't unmoderated comments but sites that according to the specifics of the Obama site require registration and approval before being posted. In an update, he does acknowledge

OK, here’s the best argument I’ve heard contra my position: Obama’s campaign, having raked in $300 million, could spend $50,000 to have someone police this stuff. Not a bad point.

There's no way to spin this. This is a view into several major issues with the Obama campaign. The moderators that they had either found nothing to fault with the viewpoints expressed or were ignorant in how to perform their jobs. What other issues and tasks are their views that out of whack with middle America and how else will their inexperience damage the country?

With Obama's history of association, friendships, and churchgoing with rabid anti-Americans this is just another element of the pattern that this person, and his supporters, do not like the country or what it stands for very much. This is change in the same manner that Lenin and Mao called for change.

I'm sure the kosKidz get a chuckle out of that comment. However, you're right. But as I see it, the only reason I think the kidz don't like us is because of the core lgf belief system: anti-terrorism. Also, anti-terrorism leads to a desire of strong national security. And that's where the political split goes because dems don't want that, but they'll never admit that they believe in something that doesn't secure America. We oppose anti-anti-terrorism politics (Obama) and for whatever reason, they embrace them.

Unfortunately, his supporters will say that it is all whitey's fault; the country is racist (and the UN will agree).
And that the "Jewish Lobby" prevented him from getting elected.

Sadly the average jewish voter will probably still go-bama rather that vote for a republican. They will risk quite a bit to stay loyal.

Ike was no bargain. My mother served in WW2 in the Europe after D-Day (Dad was a vet from WW1) playing MASH behind the front lines as a nurse. He was an ego on wheels according to her reports. Her field hospital was going to be awarded an honor, but Ike wanted to do it in person and have the hospital more or less shut down for the day so he could do it in person with the proper pomp and so on. When the hospital said "Thanks a lot, but you know we can't shut down for a day, we have wounded soldiers coming in from the front that we have to take care of.", he pulled the award.

re: #196 Shr_Nfr Well we could argue about Ike all day - but let's face some more, non-anectodal evidence, shall we?
He did manage to keep the "allies" allied.
He did pull off D-Day with his courage to go ahead in spite of the weather forecasts - long and short term.
He did send the 82nd Abn to Arkansas to enforce Federal Law about desgregation of public schools
He deliberately went into gas chambers at one Nazi death camp "to bear personal witness" to the Nazi killing machine
And he was the LAST President who gave a damn and tried to do something about illegal immigration.

Sorry folks, we now return you to your original progaramming!

Well, I took 26 screenshots of the filth posted on that "How the Jewish Lobby Works" Obama blog (it took that many to capture all the insane comments too) before they flushed it down the memory hole, so there's that.

Go to snagit.com and buy a proper screenshot-takin' tool. It lets you save a really long thread (as in a scrolling window) as a single image file. There are cheaper ones out there, but this one is the best. Costs about 40 bucks. It is the perfect tool to prevent pages from going down the memory hole.

How about some new and fun searches on the official Barack Obama website. Here's one for a search for zionist. Some interesting results

Zionist

Here's a search for Nazi

How do you do some of these searches? You do a google search like this:
site:my.barackobama.com +intitle:nazi

To be a little more precise, do this:
site:my.barackobama.com/page/community/blog/ +intitle:nazi

Change the nazi to whatever you want to search for. Some really "Interesting" things come up when you search for zionist.

The method above searches within the pages Title for the key word or words. To search through the entire article for the keyword, you would use a search string like this:
allintext: zionist +site:my.barackobama.com/page/community/blog/
or
allintext: nazi +site:my.barackobama.com/page/community/blog/

This will also work wonders on other sites but it may be best not to do this on the Kos kids site or the Huffington post. What you will find may terrify you into a welcomed coma.

With the rabid left, it's not a search for the truth, it's a battle for domination.

They will use any tool at their disposal to achieve this goal, so sure are they of their correctness of thought.

Kos is a springboard for attacks against the enemys of the Progs. They emote slander, froth, bile and hate. Progressives are secular, new-age nitwits who will use any tool at their disposal to achieve their goals.

Just like like their brethren from bygone ages they will restrict free speech, (political correctness, Canada commisions, zoning laws in San Fran; add your example here________).

It is not the truth they are interested in, it's the hot-button emotion of the moment. Their leaders, who are somewhat smarter than the herd, pander to these poor souls. They promise an end to the war if elected. They'll have Bush's head on a spike if they control crongress. But they don't produce. Now why is that? The nasty facts get in the way.

So they scream and rant and do their best to change the facts, create gray areas, confuse the issues so that one day they will be in a position to bring their secular Shangrala to the common folk (that would be most of us).

I haven't said anything that anyone here dosn't already know. It just does the ol' noggin good to get it out there every so often.

Cults 101: Checklist of Characteristics

my favorites:

-The group displays excessively zealous and unquestioning commitment to its leader and (whether he is alive or dead) regards his belief system, ideology, and practices as the Truth, as law.

-The leader is not accountable to any authorities (unlike, for example, teachers, military commanders or ministers, priests, monks, and rabbis of mainstream religious denominations).

-The group is elitist, claiming a special, exalted status for itself, its leader(s) and members (for example, the leader is considered the Messiah, a special being, an avatar—or the group and/or the leader is on a special mission to save humanity)

I seem to recall us calling them the Kos Kult back in 2004.

Whenever I heard about an African American claiming that all white people were racists, I would scoff. I grew up in a place (though maybe I saw the world through a bias) where I never saw any sort of overt racism. Now I realize that they were right. Just about everybody is racist, they just make sure to limit themselves to hatred of acceptable races.

The rampant anti-semitism of the left is perfectly fine, since there is no penalty (or even social ostracism) for vilifying jews. Try using a pejorative in front of just about any other minority group, and you'll find yourself hurting from a well-deserved pummeling. Use a jewish pejorative in front of a jew... usually a scolding?

The irony of all this is that the jews have basically wanted to keep to themselves for over 2000 years. It was the ubiquitous anti-semitism that drove them into fields like moneylending and media which earned them the money that drew such jealousy and ire. Same, of course, with the State of Israel, which wouldn't exist if the Palestinian Jews didn't need security from the constant slaughters they faced from their neighbors. All of this was shown in the Bible, as well. The Hebrews felt that they needed a king in order to protect them. It happened again in modern times when they felt that they needed a state to protect them.

So...

One more time for the terminally stupid people of kkkosland.

===

Support of any kind for any or all Islamic terrorist groups is anti-Semitic.

Specifically directed to kkkoslings Sura 109 and Kestral9000.

===

When a Jew supports Islamic terrorist groups, or openly consorts with those who do, we have a name for them, kkkkosling Jed. I think you know what it is. Assuming you really are a Jew kkkkosling Jed, ask your older relatives what that word is, and then explain to them why this Jew names you thus.
