At the Official Obama Site: Too Much Crazy to Clean Up

Tue, Jun 17, 2008 at 9:14:05 am PDT

Just because I haven’t written about it in a few days, that doesn’t mean there’s no more insanity posted at the official my.barackobama.com web site. LGF reader Adam points out a real stunner this morning, that’s been posted at the site for almost a year: Barack Obama : : Change We Can Believe In | Cheryl Nash’s Blog: chemtrails/vaccines/Bush family/Nazis.

They’ve been doing some cleaning up and memory hole filling over there, but it looks like they’re trying to do it bit by bit to avoid drawing attention. For example, one 9/11 conspiracy blog is gone:

Barack Obama : : Change We Can Believe In | Why is this not being discussed?: Please watch these films on 9/11

But others remain:

Barack Obama : : Change We Can Believe In | Michael Morrissey’s Blog: 9/11 Truth

Barack Obama : : Change We Can Believe In | Dylan Hudson’s Blog: 9/11 coincidences

The blog lavishing praise on unrepentant Weather Underground terrorist William Ayers, and comparing him to Thomas Jefferson is gone:

Barack Obama : : Change We Can Believe In | Martin Perlmutter’s Blog: Bill Ayers, Great American

But Communists? No problem! We got ‘em.

Barack Obama : : Change We Can Believe In | Adam Roberts’s Blog: The Nature of the Proletariat

Barack Obama : : Change We Can Believe In | Marxists/Socialists/Communists for Obama

And deranged rants about the “Jewish Lobby?” Yep, we have those too!

Barack Obama : : Change We Can Believe In | The People of Palestine Need a Bill of Rights too ...: The Israel Lobby: Bad for The World

Barack Obama : : Change We Can Believe In | zhunjunga’s Blog: Zionism V. Judaism: Important Info from Clearing House (this one links to one of the most hateful radical left conspiracy sites on the web, Information Clearing House)

Barack Obama : : Change We Can Believe In | Government of, by, and for The Israel Lobby: ‘The Israel Lobby: AIPAC’ 1-5

What a disgrace.

Chemtrails! Excellent. We need a Dem party position on chemtrails, definitely.

This is the Democratic base now.

Berkeley is plastered in chemtrails ranting on telephone poles.

Or at least it was for several years. Whoever puts up the chemtrail warnings seems to have tapered off recently.

Maybe the chemtrails got him!

8 Occasional Reader  Tue, Jun 17, 2008 9:17:26am

The Obama campaign should take a position on Bigfoot, too. Is he an indigenous American? An undocumented worker?

9 Ojoe  Tue, Jun 17, 2008 9:17:37am

Look what years of NPR and Pacifica Radio will get you.

The left hearts the O-man. After the election, everyone can come out from under the bus. [hey man, no harm, no foul]

I want to hire a biplane trailing a "Beware of chemtrails!" banner and have it fly in circles around San Francisco -- while simultaneously spewing a trail of smoke like at an airshow!

That should send the moonbats into epileptic fits.

There's so much crazy around MyBarackObama that they keep stepping in it.

After all, the elite only need willing chemists, scientists, physicians, propaganda, ownership of the mass media and agreeable politicians elected to the executive and legislative branches to legislate away our rights, declare wars and appoint those to government positions in agencies regulating commerce, natural resources, the FDA, EPA, NIH, CDC, FCC, FAA, FEMA, the justice department and Pentagon.

Don't you just love it when progressives get their way, regulate everything, then bitch about the results?

BTW- this dumbass left her contact information at the bottom if this tripe.

These clowns look at vapor trails, and ignoring the fact that wind slowly pushes them and that jets fly on the same paths assume the grid pattern means the government is gassing them.

The short answer - conspiracy theorists claim that the vapor trails seen behind planes aren't simply condensation, but government experiments or missions to add chemicals into the atmosphere to change behavior, weather, or anything else that comes to mind.

Commercial and government aircraft have little devices on their engines to inject bad chemicals into the exhaust as they fly around, thus poisoning us, and controlling our minds, etc.

My brother is a complete Bush-hating, hate-obsessed, conspiracy theroy-paralyzed moonbat... (so much so that at age 48, he acts like a 15 year old boy. H is unable/unwilling to work to support his family and blames everything that is wrong with his life on Republicans)

I know how these people think and it's utterly insane.
They feed their own obsessive hatred by stewing in their own conspiracy theory juices. Whatever crazy theory comes down the pipeline - they do not have the faculties to question it - they simply swallow it whole. They are emotionally stunted and time warped with a bad case of Peterpan syndrome.

53 gman  Tue, Jun 17, 2008 9:29:54am

I was in Costco recently, the pallet with 25lbs bags of salt was empty. The women looking at the empty pallet turns to her husband and says, "Did Bush screw up the salt too?" I just burst out laughing, and laughed harder when I look up on the shelves and could see 3 more pallets of salt.

Got a priceless dirty look....

It's just a matter of time. Eventually, the nuttiness on that site will attract attention from a TV and/or print news source, ordinary voters will see it, and you know what happens next.

Obama (or more accurately, his campaign) will throw it under the bus. Archive as many pages as you can; they're all going to disappear.

Well, don't most newer cars spew that horrible carcinogen, carbon dioxide, and water vapors into the atmosphere? If we were to use water for fuel it would still be contributing to global warming because it would still be belching co2 and water vapors and of course we can't have that can we?

And the leftist media are reporting that Obama has a 6 point lead over McCain in the popular vote. It's lucky for us the Founding Fathers made us a federalist republic. The millions of New Yorkers, Californians, and (dead) Michiganders can only bring in so many electoral votes!
