IPT: The American Muslim Brotherhood to Cook the Books Again

Tue, Jun 17, 2008 at 11:45:52 am PDT

Here we go again, as the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) joins forces with the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) to concoct another fraudulent “survey:” For the Record: American Muslim Brotherhood Looks to Cook the Books, Again.

This time they’re claiming it’s “the first comprehensive survey of its kind,” which is simply a lie. And both of these groups are unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation Hamas funding trial. But expect the mainstream media to swallow this “new survey” whole, like they swallow all the other lies, without informing the public about the terrorist ties and radical ideology of these groups.

On June 12, the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) announced its intentions, along with a broad coalition of Muslim Brotherhood-linked organizations (including the Islamic Society of North America, the Muslim American Society, the Muslim Public Affairs Council and the Islamic Circle of North America) to initiate a “nationwide census project, the first comprehensive survey of its kind, intended to collect accurate data about America’s mosques.”

That statement is particularly curious considering that CAIR, in 2001, issued a report titled, “The Mosque in America,“ which stated as its mission to present the:

...findings from the Mosque Study Project 2000, the largest, most comprehensive survey of mosques ever to be conducted in the United States. The purpose of the Study is twofold: to provide a comprehensive, detailed portrait of mosques, which can be subsequently used by mosque leaders and Muslim scholars to envision ways to strengthen mosques. Secondly the Study provides a public profile of mosques that will hopefully further the understanding of the Muslim presence in America. (emphasis added)
So in 2001, CAIR gave us the ”most comprehensive survey of mosques ever to be conducted in the United States“ and now they are promising ”the first comprehensive survey of its kind" on American mosques. So which is it? Are they admitting that the first report was, indeed, non-comprehensive?

Damn, they were hoping no one would notice.

11 Diamond Bullet  Tue, Jun 17, 2008 11:51:15am

I'm not too concerned about the origins of the survey as long as it show that we're all raging Islamophobes, which I'm sure it will. Also, Jews are bad.

Saudi-funded CAIR funds these mosques, they ought to know well & good enough where every last theocratic militant outpost is located.

Geez, no need to go through all the trouble of a big, expensive study for that. Just give these guys a call- they'll tell you how to "strengthen your mosque".

18 Kragar (Proud to be Kafir)  Tue, Jun 17, 2008 11:54:06am

Well, there's this:

Islamic School Director Arrested

ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- The director of a Saudi government-funded Islamic school has been arrested and charged with failing to report a child abuse allegation, adding to scrutiny of the northern Virginia academy as protesters came out Tuesday to call for a federal investigation of its teachings.

This morning I heard on WMAL 630 am there were going to be protests in front of that saudi academy in Fairfax, VA.

Sorry I was half asleep and didn't focus, but was mighty proud of whoever those brave folks were who stood up to those crooked Fairfax County Supervisors who extended the Saudi academies' lease(s).

Did you see my earlier post where the protests have resulted in the arrest of the school's director?

34 satan sidekick  Tue, Jun 17, 2008 12:05:15pm

My son is in high school and he was telling me that he has this kid from Egypt in his classes that spews hatred for Jews al the time. This is what we're importing to the US? It upset my son that anyone could be so filled with hate. I explained the entire thing to him and he thought that the Israelis were very courageous people to have been through what they have and these Muslims should spend more time building a better life for themselves instead of spending all of their time and money on trying to destroy the Jews.

from your great link:

"...More than a dozen protesters lined up outside the school Tuesday, waving signs that read "Saudi hate is not an American family value" and "Islamic Shariah teaches violence and hate."

The protesters, including the conservative Traditional Values Coalition, want the Justice and State departments to investigate the school. The State Department last year obtained copies of the school's textbooks but has so far refused to make them public.

Andrea Lafferty, executive director of the Traditional Values Coalition, said the arrest of al-Shabnan is just further evidence of problems at the school.

"The academy is a virtual one-stop shopping center for law enforcement," she said, citing the case of a former school valedictorian, Ahmed Omar Abu Ali, who was convicted of joining al-Qaida after leaving the school and plotting to assassinate President Bush...."

I think there should be an "Axis of Countries Whose Names Are Obscure in Origin" (Canada, Peru, Czech Republic, Italy).

Charles - it's soooo easy. You see, the 2000 survey was the largest, most comprehensive survey of mosques ever to be conducted in the United States but it wasn't so comprehensive as to actually qualify to be called comprehensive. NOW, we're going to get the first comprehensive survey of its kind which raises the level of comprehensiveness to the point where it actually qualifies as being comprehensive. Simple.

Thank you, just replied to it! Thanks so much for finding that great news. Whoever Andrea Lafferty and the Traditional Values Coalition are, we should encourage them in their visible protests here in Northern Virginia & metropolitan DC.

Virginia is so messed up--today I heard Virginia's leftist governor Tim Kaine, one of Obama's first supporters, wants to give convicted felons the right to vote in this year's general elections.

300,000 convicted felons will vote for ... just guess, and guess who preaches radical theology to them in our jails, courtesy of Saudi Arabia no doubt.

re: #34 satan sidekick

If this kid had been spewing anti-Islamic remarks, you can bet the school would be sending him to sensitivity counseling pronto. Then we'd have a schoolwide series of programs "educating" the children about the ROP, etc etc etc.

Is CAIR's use of a qualifier like "of its kind" similar to Michelle saying that she is "for the first time...really proud"?

How is Kaine going to enfranchise those felons without legislation? No way he'll get that through the Assembly or the Senate.

The first one wasn't kosher but this one is sure to be halal.
That's because the first one was printed before the attack on the WTC, so they didn't get to include a popup of the two planes hitting the WTC and pictures of the WTC engulfed in smoke and flames. That should make it a big seller in the states.
Hope this doesn't reach Canada. I wouldn't want some muslim getting his kaffiyah in a twist and have him go complaining to the thought police. Just a joke samiyah, just a joke.
