The disappointment must be even sharper because Edwards was the furthest left candidate in the Democratic Party (save for Dennis “UFO” Kucinich), and made deliberate attempts to pander to the leftist blogosphere by hiring one of the nastiest Nutroots bloggers, Amanda Marcotte.
