Here in Fairfield Co., OH, in '06 we had a judge who had been removed from the bench for various illegal antics, including insurance fraud. The local Dem party committee was told by the state committee to put him on the ballot for his old job. In fact, they were ordered to.

The local committee had to explain to the nimnuls in Columbus that Judgie couldn't run because he was still serving eight-to-ten in Marion Correctional for six counts of arson for houses he'd bought as "rental properties" and burned to collect insurance on.

Is there anyone with an actual working brain left in the Democratic party at the national level?

Hastings appealed and the judge remanded his case back to the Senate for retrial, but a later Supreme Court decision (Nixon v. United States, ironically) held that the federal courts have no jurisdiction over Senate impeachment cases, so that was the end of that.

I know I dont. Ammo prices are ridiculous.

In general a good place to find inexpensive (or shall I say "less expensive") ammo is Wal-Mart.

But with two big military fronts, raw metals prices constantly shooting up, and ammo being heavy (and therefore subject to ever increasing transportation costs), the price of ammo continues to skyrocket.

Its been going up 15% per year for the last 3 years or so, making ammo purchases actually a fairly good (and inflation-resistant) investment.

Well perhaps Sarah Palin doesn't care about what 'they' specifically they do with Jews? Perhaps though she does care about all Americans of all stripes, as well as America's friends and allies? Perahps she does care about people in general above and beyond even their nationality and race, being a good Christian?

What I would be more concerned with personally is Obama and his potentially caring what 'they' specifically do with the Jews. Afterall, a world in need is run by the Jews greed, as his Reverend, mentor and spiritual advisor of twenty years famously pointed out to his congregation. The Church that is clearly close to the center of Sen. Obama's moral compass did afterall publish and endorsed the Hamas Charter.

I can promise you that Hamas absolutely does care what happens to the Jews. Apparently so too does Obama's mentor and spiritual advisor.

Is the impeached federal judge saying that Americans with guns are just as likely to be shooting Jews and blacks as deer and moose? My wife is a social worker and thus has many liberal friends. Well, I then just walked over to her and showed her my NRA member card, and said "Well, do you think I'm a racist now? Who's the ignorant one now?" Her face went blank and she stuttered and quite didn't know what to say as I walked away with a very smug smile. I haven't seen her since.

But through some very devious gerrymandering, his district winds through this primarily Republican county in such a way that the majority of the voters in it are in the minority areas of Fort Pierce and Belle Glade, some of the worst areas for drugs and murder. And every election they sweep him right back into office.
